I went there with my husband last night about 5:30pm. We first used the rest room before being seated and the condition was disgusting. Floor was sticky, paper towels all over the floor and toilets were not cleaned. I said okay, it could have been customers so I did mention it to the waitress when she was seating us. There were about 3 other diners there, the manager I'm assuming since he has on a black shirt was at the corner table eating and the waitress sat down with him after she seated us. My first surprise was she gave plastic utensils, without any place mats. I understand Covid but it's been over 2 years and all other restaurants use actual utensils. The main reason we got up and left was there were 2 tables right across from that had still not been cleared and cleaned. I've been to that one many times and never an issue until now. That will be the last time we visit that location. Even the lobby floors were not clean which we noticed upon leaving. The 2 people on staff could not care less.
IHOP A true American classic breakfast place! You like delicious sausage, bacon, ham, pancake, potatoes & so much more! You may feel that they take too long. But, no one is pushing you out. While waiting enjoy the coffee with that fresh aroma and great taste! What is special about IHOP is you can have breakfast at lunch or dinner! The server's are always professional and very busy.
Love ihop great service by team, kitchen staff cooks fast and food quality is great. Wish they had a nicer more compassionate and understanding boss. He has no empathy.
I know this is the house of pancakes but this is a place my family likes very much me not so much. The only breakfast food I eat is the classic NY bacon or sausage egg and cheese . I try to always give places a shot with their steak but wow.... This is not it . I asked for medium rare and got well done super dry and had a dusty texture. The kids and the wife loved their food but that steak hurt my soul. Now I know it's my fault for ordering a steak at IHOP but it's also their fault for having it on the menu. 4 stars only because everyone is nice and the kids and wife enjoyed their food . JS get a burger instead
Food was great server was great. One thing is The restaurant is very dirty, the doors and windows when you enter are dirty the seats are dirty there was a lot crumbs food and and dirt on the floor even the kids high chair were dirty with dried up food. The tables were sticky it was just very unsanitary. Food was great!!! Over all cleanliness was not up there at all! Needs a deep clean asap!
Terrible service.Ordered takeout. When I got there, nobody was in the take-out booth for what must've been 15 to 20 minutes. I flagged down the manager like 3 times and he kept saying "someone's coming!". Turns out they just didn't make my food and like 3 others who also did takeout. No apologies, and they forgot our toast on top of it. Just straight up disrespectful at that point.
Hosts was very rude and did not greet or respond to my party upon arrival. My party was seated at a dirty table. I asked if it could be cleaned. The cleaning guy couldn't be found so I was moved to a different table... also dirty. The food was not good & but made with care for 9am.
The owner Jacob and the staff he hires are a disgrace. They are extremely rude and just plain out unintelligent. Corporate should shut this place down. Based on my interaction there is no way Jacob and his staff are smart enough to keep the restaurant clean and sanitary. Go to the one in Scarsdale. The food taste better and the store is much cleaner.
Waitress was cool. I didn't like that only one section was open at the time, but, beggars can't be choosers. I didn't knock a star off because it could have been a number of things out of management's Control. I cannot get mad at short staffed establishments.Food wise, I had a delicious flavored burger and my fiancé had a breakfast combo. Pancakes were delicious.This is our go to iHop. For sure.
Everytime I go there no one is in take out. Wait half an hour to get someone and order, and then another 40 min for food. They also mess up your order. Ordered a breakfast sampler with an extra order of pancakes. Repeated several times. The guy messed up the order. Waited 40 min to realize he didn’t even charge me for the order. Never coming back.
