I showed up here at 2:20pm and they said the grill is shut down for my sandwich. I walked right out! Really annoying… this place closes at 4:00pm!!!!! They said they close grill at 2:00pm. How about closing the grill a little closer to closing time? I guess staff can’t wait to get home but that’s not going to speed things up. I hope management sees this and they start shutting down the grill later. RIDICULOUS!!!!!
Fresh bagels great variety multiple choices of spreads and bakery items
I just started working at Jeep Chrysler an decided to try out the bagel spot and they made me feel alienated and not welcomed . I'm Spanish and white but that didn't matter . The white folks got service like nothing. Never again
$6.25 for a bacon egg and cheese on a roll is highway robbery no matter where you are in the world especially being 15 min away from NYC... Lockwood, tanglewood and anywhere but here is far beyond cheaper.
This was once a great bagel place, but has gone steadily downhill with the new staff. I used to go there every weekend, and it used to be a good place. It upsets me to post this lousy review. Good food, but if you go, try to get Jen, not Brenda, who argues with the customers.
I LOVE THIS PLACE BRENDA AND JANNETH ARE THE BEST ….THE BEST SERVICE EVER….BRENDA IS VERY ATTENTIVE AND FRIENDLY….JANNETH IS ALSO VERY HELPFUL ….I ALWAYS MAKE SURE I GET MY BREAKFAST AND LUNCH HERE …….SIMPLY AMAZING !!!!!!
Great go to bagel place when om this side of town. Always have a nice selection and can never go wrong with their vegetable freak cheese.

Overpriced!! New employee didn’t deliver good service she looked like she didn’t even want to be there….Ordered a bagel with just bacon and cheese and a small coffee for $8.75?! Might as well go to Starbucks for the coffee.
So many bagel options but MUST get the egg super onion bagel. The ladies working on Sunday were very sweet and efficient.
