I will never patronize this restaurant again. When you're there in person they appear friendly and satisfactory. Today I placed an order through uber and received only half of the order I paid for. I called them and a gentleman yelled at me in broken English and hung up the phone on me. I called a second time and a female answered the phone, said a few words and hung up as well. That behaviour is unacceptable, irresponsible and unprofessional. They will never get another dime from me. I hope they don't treat other customers this way. I'll take my business elsewhere even though I'll have to drive miles away. They get 5 thumbs down from me. The one star is for the location only.

This place is a disgrace to the Dominican race ! Very rude no Apple Pay! They give you more rice then meat every time and the plate is over priced it’s sad. Then I should not be ignored when asking the price you need some workers who speak English I should not have to wait for a receipt to get shoved in my face every time I don’t know the price !

The restaurant is horrible!! Over priced plates and they always give you more rice then meat so your paying for rice. Then when you do order a lunch platter they would give you rice a little meat and no plantains which is disturbing being that every other Dominican restaurant I go to gives you plantains with your meal. And there the main lady who serves the food who is very rude and it’s sad because she doesn’t know English so why would you get mad at me for trying to help you understand. Over priced drinks which are bought from a local grocery store regular drinks like the chinola is a passion fruit drink that’s comes in a gallon you can get a the supermarket for cheap a small cup of chinola here is 6 dollars. You better off taking a trip into Yonkers for Caridad & Louie’s restaurant. Gustico was put in a great area like Central Park Ave only to steal our money ! Very rude and not welcoming

Small plates, dry rice, salty beans, no soda or water with lunch special. Customer service plays dumb when you ask for a combo. No menu? No price list? This is against business policy practices for a fine! Prices must be listed to make choices. Guess as you pay. Overpriced for amount of salty food. Will price itself out of business soon.shape up! Or ship out. Dont be greedy!

Nice workers and the food is good other than the chicken being burned almost all of the time. Still good.

Incomplete order. Broken and spilled (looked like it was dropped). Couldn't eat it. Nasty appearance.

Having a Latin restaurant close by is supposed to be a convenience. When your first order is complete, and you realize you've gotten bland-tasting pernil, and your associate's chicken is "slimy and tastes like fish", there's a problem. It's alright to address that stuff with your server and they, in turn, will take it to the proprietor. Restaurant owners should ALWAYS be willing to sample the food they're selling. Especially after a critique is made. The outcome should be better food and service. What you're not expecting is an offhand comment regarding how many perniles get served daily, a full refund, and being told to never come back. No problem.

I don't write reviews but I am really sad that all the other reviews say such bad things about this establishment. I have been there twice and both times, the staff was friendly, smiled, laughed, and we even had a light conversation. I am not well versed in Spanish, but I have to say, it was not a bad experience at all. On top of it, the food (in my opinion) was DELICIOUS. I ordered Mofongo twice (which was great) along with sweet plantains which were also great. Only thing that wasn't "home made" was the fried yucca. Anyways, I think if you want to know how the food is, you should go and try it out for yourself. I hope this review can help balance all the negative stuff others were saying (people always have such high expectations, especially for a small business trying to survive in these times).

I started to eat this fried banana with cheese and ground beef and I thought I was tugging on cheese and it was a long black hair. I tried calling the restaurant and the number on the websites says it’s full this is very disappointing. I also purchase rice and beans were dry. with no flavor I won’t be returning. 12/20/2021

Just another disappointing “Dominican” food spot in Westchester. Rice was undercooked and pepper steak was simply okay. As a Dominican, I would say this food poorly represents us! Disappointed!
