Really disappointed as much as I try to love this place every time I give it a chance through either DoorDash, Grubhub, or Uber eats the food just keeps on coming poorly made today My food was cold , burnt ,soggy and out of life. It’s like a hit or miss everytime I order but sadly I won’t be ordering from this place anymore.
"Not So Fresh" & Co. // Just had a very negative experience. My family ordered a large dinner for Father's Day. All I got was a "South Beach" salad. Some of the greens were wilted, older, and CLEARLY from yesterday or stored in the fridge -- meaning that they were not Chopped Fresh Today. When the NAME of your company is FRESH & CO and your specialty is SALADS, you should AT LEAST be able to serve a fresh salad. Nobody should be saving greens from day to day, or "using up" stuff that is not fresh and ready to go. Especially for a $10 salad.Called them up and they were less than forthcoming about their weakness. Won't be eating here again.
Food is good and fresh. Staff is nice. Portions vary each time you go. You normally have to wait a while for orders made through the app and online. Once, I waited 23 minutes after the time the app said it should be ready. But I do like it here.
I go there daily and have gotten the same thing since September. Today I was charged additional because the chicken that I have gotten since sept is in the Market table. ALL the poultry is there, so instead of 3 dollars I got charged 6. When I went on the app, I saw that the fee for chicken in general is $3. The cashier wasn’t new and on the lid, the woman who made my salad wrote +$3.Then because the guy charged me $6 he gave me an extra piece of chicken. The food is great, they are quick and pleasant. I just don’t like confusion at the cash register.
Good smoothies and salads, but need to get their hours updated. They don’t open at 7am on Thursdays which is very disappointing. I wasted time waiting for them to open “in ten minutes” as the staff gestured to me, and they still were not open at 7:30. Finally someone told me it’s actually 8, and I should have gone elsewhere in the amount of time I wasted.
Very disappointing. A friend recommended this place to me. She has used Too Good To Go a few different times and said the food was great. I decided to place 2 meal orders through the Too Good to Go. I understand you have no control over what you get because of the discounted price, however I feel i was handed garbage. First, the employee had no idea what i was talking about when I arrived. She thought i was a delivery person for Uber eats. Then i was made to wait. I was handed 2 salads, some chickpeas and a chocolate pudding that was cracked open. I gave one salad away and threw out most of the salad i kept. I really feel it was someone’s leftovers. The salad was mushy and already had dressing on it. It was almost inedible. I will not order from here again. I gave 2 stars only because i didn’t pay full price. I’ve used Too Good to Go several times for other restaurants, most of them are excellent. This was the worse.
You can just tell this place is being run into the ground by management. Prices are always increasing, the freshness of the food is very questionable, the other customers are grown babies that want to throw tantrums and blame employees for stuff that is out of their control. If you order a popular item from the menu there's a good chance that they just won't have it. There is never a manager or supervisor there when I go. Ridiculous. Save your money and eat somewhere else.
Food is fine, but the boss is a complete jerk! He’s overworked and mistreated his employees. Just by being there, you can see that his employees are struggling to do multiple things at once, more than any employee should handle. Not to mention, he doesn’t support or encourage them! Sorry but I won’t be supporting a business who can’t respect and appreciate his employees.
Nice vegetarian place to go. Go and load the app before your first order.
Wow, maybe it was a holiday and not many customers, but I got the fried chicken which was cold, but tasty. The 2 sides of broccoli and brussels sprouts very burnt. The broccoli was hard and charred to the point where you couldn't chew it. So was the brussels sprouts. Will try again with hesitancy.
