Food is pretty good..service is not so good.Its almost like they want customers to get upset...I know that doesn't make much sense but while I waited 20min for chicken and rice, every other customer got upset for waiting so long also... only then will they remember to give you your order...no wonder they charge you when you place your order not after?♂️
Order simple pork fried rice no vegetables and ask for a lot of soy only. They put vegetables in my rice said I didn’t say no vegetables and said I have to wait over an hour for more rice. Never again. Next time I will pay in cash and be sure to check my food
they selling frozen chicken wings they called party wings. be honest with a customer who asked you for chicken wings be specific and clear. you don't sell chicken wings.

Out of the huge number of Chinese restaurants in Yonkers, this is the best. To top it off, the staff is SOOOO courteous. None of the other restaurants have friendly staff.
We just started ordering from this restaurant and it’s awesome. The people who take your order are great and the delivery guy is very pleasant. The food is delicious.
Mandarin Wok was closed on 10/13/21. Therefore, I decided to buy food from this restaurant (in person order). Since Mandarin Wok was close this restaurant had a lot of order. They were backed up with orders and very disorganized. All the staff were yelling at one another and the sad part is that they argued without a mask. I wasn't sure if I wanted to order from Family Kitchen because my few last experiences were horrible but I was craving Chinese food and so I gave them one more chance. All I can say is that this restaurant need to be reinspected. Their food taste old and spoiled. My boyfriend and I ordered boneless spareribs with pork fried rice and broccoli chicken with white rice. The boneless spareribs we're burnt and they gave us spaghetti not Lo Mein. The Lo Mein missed onions, peppers and many more ingredients. The broccoli chicken with white rice was disgusting. The chicken tasted tangy and it had a funny smell. I thought it was the soy sauce. My boyfriend and I were hungry so we ate a couple of spoon of each plate. Our stomach did not sit right with this food. Fifteen minutes after eating their food started to involuntarily gag and vomit. Their food might have salmonella.DO NOT BUY THEIR FOOD.
