Food was very small for the price and charged my friend $13 for three greasy pieces of chicken and didnt give him the fries. They even told him they had no fries but still charged him full price. I got the bbq chicken burger and the chicken was undercooked. Another one of my friends had to wait an extra ten minutes for a burger that was burnt not only on the burger but also the bun was as well. I will not be coming back.
The burger was good as always. I remember when they’d have a they’d have a manual machine to cut the fries-the ones we ordered seemed to be from frozen. Also I had ordered “freshly-brewed” iced tea. A few minutes after waiting was told that the iced tea we ordered was a Lipton/Pepsi pre-packaged Iced-Tea and it was in the fridge. When asked to just get a fountain drink instead since I didn’t want a bottled drink and it was the same price was told “they couldn’t do that.” Felt that was false advertisement. At least the burger didn’t disappoint and we got our food quickly…
I wish I could give this place zero stars. My $12 burger was the size of a slider. I feel like i was robbed on the scene. The fries were dripping with grease. It only made the meal taste worse. This is overpriced prison food.

Walked in and waited 5 mins to order. The two people working had their backs to us and didn't even acknowledge we were there. There was only one table of people eating there and nobody else waiting for their food. Stood in front of the register waiting and nobody said a word to us. They looked at us but kept working. So we walked out and went to Yard House.
The meat is very good here. It is fresh and tastes very good. The different burger varieties are pleasing to any taste. The chicken sandwich selection is good as well. They have healthy drink options as well as a fountain soda machine. The fries are made fresh and have a good firmness to them. The location on the second floor takes you away from the busy shoppers below and gives you a little breathing room to relax while eating. The dining room is bright with floor to ceiling windows to allow plenty of light in.
If this place made a few changes I would love it. The impossible burger is really good. However, they are not the cleanest. The garbage can was too close to the fries. And the guy making the burgers did not changing his gloves until I asked for a refund. Plus I waited over 45min just for two burgers. They should practice cleanliness and time management.
On 3.18.22 me and my wife got there at 7:16 pm and there was only 2 people in line and the place was dead. They did not take our order until 7:33pm and we did not get our food until 8:03pm. The food was cold and the order was wrong. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger that was supposed to come with fixing came dry and the build your burger was completely wrong. There was no sense of urgency and the staff just looked like they showed up and that was it and this included the manager. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO THERE!!!!
First off all, am a mother of 3 and me and my children joy food restaurants like this. I was greeted by a short Hispanic looking girl asking if i would want to try the "George Floyd Shake" I asked what is such a thing assuming it was for black history month but I was then told that it is another phrase for chocolate. Due to this racist comment my kids and I quickly removed ourselves from the establishment. The employees and manager should not get away with this and i hope this can get attention from someone in a higher position.
Service is quick. The people there are very thoughtful. The restaurant is clean. The food is tasty and healthier than other options. With glass walls, it is very well lit and doesn't feel cramped. Highly recommend Elevation Burger!
