After coming here a while and referring customers to this location, I am extremely disappointed at the service. What was only supposed to be 5 dollars ended up being 20. I was stolen from and the clerk accused me of attempting to steal. I was owed change and the clerk stated i did not give a 20 dollar bill. After a weird back and fourth I decided to leave the store and come back to do what i felt was right and drop off a slip that contained my number and time stamp of the issue (things are deff bad if the customer has to come up with a plan of action for the store). At this point its not all about the money but the fact that how many times is this happening, how many people have you stolen from, and how often do you blame the error on the customer. The morality just questions the entire structure of this business!!!
Very rude owner. I have ordered for delivery many many times and they always mess up my order it seems like its on purpose. I call to complain to the owner and the owner is so ride, she needs to take a class on customer service. I would definitely not recommend this store or deli, they had great customer service in the beginning but it seems like they don’t want business anymore since they wanna be so rude to customers.
The lady owner of this place is one of the rudest person! The rest of the workers there are always nice but when you deal with her she is always so rude 0 customer service!!!
