Great team work. The food is fresh and they always run out of items because they are so busy. I just wish they would get the rest room fixed it has been out for a while.
2 stars- for the new location & amazing renovation but the pathetic cashier who helped me me at the drive way on 5/18 @ 8:30 pm can really use more training and quality improvement at headquarters because her attitude was disgusting and awful.Hope you heal ✌?
I was really glad a drive through location opened and for a couple of months this was my go-to. I order ahead on the app so the instructions couldn't be more clear, but they just don't pay attention. As an example, here's their version of "less ice"...full to the top lol. Another time I got my bacon avocado toast...without bacon. It's even more annoying since it's prepaid and I'm on my way somewhere so I don't have time to go inside and argue over my wrong order. And as someone else mentioned, there's never a manager in the store. All I see is very young staff that's clearly not trained properly. I'll have to start going somewhere else unfortunately.
They don’t know what they’re doing at this location, every morning my coffee barely has any coffee in it if i come here. It tastes like milk and caramel, I usually get lattes but I ordered a macchiato to see if I get more coffee added, but I think the workers either don’t know what they’re doing or they intentionally mess up my coffee every morning. How many coffee shots go into a machiatto, half of one? 99% milk
Friendly cashier took my order, and it was done in less than 4 minutes. The food was good. As I ate, the front was constantly being cleaned and disinfected. Parking lot with handicap spaces available, and there is a drive thru here.

The night time over night manager on March 5th 1:50 AM . The ghetto black lady with the head scarf on was extremely rude when I tried to pick up an Uber order . Not only did she ignore me but closed the pickup window in my face . Never again would I go there .
The (morning) manager is so nice, patient and helpful! ? While I was waiting to place my order he was helping a distraught women who was clearly lost and upset. He took the time to show her on her phone how to navigate her GPS to go in the right direction. That's going above and beyond!!!Wish I could give 10 stars.I've been going to this Dunkin donuts for about 3 months, my orders are always correct whether I use the drive-through or go inside.
staff members vary with their professionalism. some of them are disrespectful with bad attitudes toward customers, even with no one at the drive thru they still make you wait to order and they respond with a very low voice that you can barely hear. i believe more training should be provided to employees especially with customer service skills. moreover management of the dunkin needs to pay more attention to the new establishment. the experience of the patrons needs to be pleasant, so customers will give a second chance for this dunkin. peace out ID10T.
