Poor customer service….and not to mention the most Unsanitary Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever stepped foot in. First off the lady kept coughing over the donuts and coffee. 2nd of all after I stated that I no longer wanted to order anything after being disgusted she than had an attitude towards me and yelling as I was walking away as if I did something wrong. The lady also had a mask over her chin as if that’s going to prevent anything. Horrible experience!
They take forever and tonight I went in with my boyfriend and the woman working in the front had a mask around her chin but was coughing all over the place and touching her face as I was asking for a coffee. So unsanitary. Will never come back here again. The worst part was that she was yelling at us when we said no thank you and walked out, our drinks weren’t even made yet nor did she even place our order but she kept yelling at us even after we said no thank you Nevermind
The Indian man and Woman are so rude, discriminatory or pathetic. They’ll stay in these positions as long as they continue to have a horrible attitude with customers especially POC. It’s disgusting. First and last time here. Only dropped in because my niece was hungry and we needed to get her something. Disgusting employees.
Pretty clean and fresh shop that anybody can enjoy their food and buying. Customer service are good enough for anybody who visit this shop

They're open 24hrs so it's nice when I get out late and have to wait for the metro north, can grab a hot chocolate, sip, sit and wait. They also have a bathroom. Real nice ladies
The coffee was delicious the best. The place is clean and staff is friendly. Definitely recommend this place.
Wow compared to what this place looked like before this is a refreshing new look and now the service is much faster. Love that this spot is 24hours!!
Customer service sucks! I understand it’s 2 in the morning but they don’t have to ignore you!
What was once my fave dunkin location, became the worst location to get your coffee. Customer service could be better.
