I asked for an iced coffee and got a glass of milk. 70 percent milk 30 percent coffee. It was disgusting. They need to be trained properly.

I like the choice of drinks they have. It's priced well and definitely better then most of there competitors.
A busy place. They could use a little competition in the area. With two hotels and countless offices nearby they seem overwhelmed. The good and beverages are everything you'd expect from DD. Service great for being so seemingly overworked.
I ordered a dozen donuts at 5:00 PM and they were very old and hard. I tried calling various times and they never answered. Never will I go there again. Check your donuts for freshness.
My visits are usually very early, so never had a problem or bad experience.
