There's are 2 lines a order and pick up line. If u pre order b4 and enter this dunking dounts for the first time u would never know this because the pick sign (as seen in pic below) faces the opposite direction. Once u get to the pick up line u realize they just leave your order laying on the counter unattended where anyone can touch it which is unsanitary in the covid era. The employees have the all too familiar IDGAF attitudes as if their doing u a favor. Horrible representation
Horrible. I stopped by for an ice coffee and ice tea, they messed up both orders. Luckily I was still in the parking lot and went back inside for them to remake the tea. It looks like they had a small amount of ice tea left in their large container and decided to add more water to my cup to fill it up, which resulted in essentially giving me a cup of water with some flavoring and a small amount of tea. The Dunkin employee tried making more tea in the large container and handed me a large cup of some disgusting biter foggy concoction, and didn’t even include my flavor shot or sugar sweetener. Thankfully I was able to get a refund. Either properly train your employees or close down shop if they can’t properly make coffee or tea.
I had the worst experience at this Dunkin Donuts today. I received an email from Dunkin Donuts Perks saying that if I made a purchase by 4/12/2022, I would earn 400 bonus points – aka two free drinks. When I presented this e-mail to the barista she told me to go to another Dunkin Donuts. She waved me off and proceeded to tell me that she will not give me a free coffee. I asked for the manager and she said they'll be in in two hours. She then went into the office to call the office to cover herself. I asked her coworker what time the manager will be in, and she said they will not be in until tomorrow. I asked what her name was and her coworker said Lilly, but the name on the receipt says Rokiba. I never write bad reviews. She has pushed me to do this. She is constantly abrasive and rude to every customer as I watched her yell at six guests today before it was my turn in line. I am a loyal Dunkin Donuts customer and her behavior has been abominable multiple times now. If she doesn't like working there, she can choose to find another job. It doesn't cost anything to be nice to people. I worked as a barista when I was in college and I would NEVER treat customers the way she does. It's a shame because Dunkin Donuts has awesome cold brew and amazing donuts. This is the closest cafe to my apartment and she makes me not want to go get my coffee here anymore. I always treat everyone with respect saying please and thank you and I always tip. I am surprised that Dunkin Donuts (A huge global brand) would have someone like this working for them.
Loved the staff was friendly. Patient and fast at the same time
I'm going to give the Spanish employee the 5stars(store ran out of almond milk and she went out her way for her customers and purchased her own foe her daily ones) she also promotes the stores new product today at 1pm the Indian employee gets 1star(rude like come on I'm the paying customer I want what I want not what you want to give me) please make sure your store has all the required supplies
I enjoyed a fresh glazed donut this morning, a little not so secret pleasure of mine! Best part, it was totally free with T-Mobile Tuesdays freebies! A $2 Dunkin Donut Card is scanned right off your phone!! I know, I sound like a commercial for T-Mobile!!
Typical Dunkin location. Nothing much to celebrate or put down. Ho hum.
I come into the place. Theres flies everywhere and I order and they didn't have what I wanted so I had to improvise. Doubt I'm going back to that D.D.
Decent community Dunkin. Nothing amazing but far from bad service.
A pretty busy location, they’ve always gotten my order correct and that’s a big deal.
