Suggestion: Try the frozen hot chocolate. It's weirdly good.
Food is never prepared properly bacon never cooked coffee and green tea never ready. Employees discourteous. Came in to a line with 20 people who hadnt ordered waited 15 minutes nobody took a single order
Very popular location and near Cross County Mall. Service is a bit slow and it seems like everyone is doing everything everywhere.
Parking lot is appreciated. Everything else is gross. There were two workers. One seemed to know what he was doing but the other was not coherent and seemed more than dazed and confused. They just mumbled so no one knew if they were taking the right order or not. Dirty counters and no gloves changed between any task or money handling before picking up baked goods. I will never ever go here again and I hope that corporate or an inspector visits here before someone becomes seriously ill. ?Drive a little further and find a better one.
If I could give this place no stars I would. This place was so much better with the old crew. Now it's nothing but seniors who don't know what they are doing. Not to mention the sorry excuse for food they charge an arm and a leg for. Never again will i be ordering food from a dunkin. I only come here for my coffee out of convenience.
The ice coffee did not have coffee, it tasted like just pure cream and sugar. It made me nauseous. Will never go back.

The only reason we decided to stop by was because I was headed to microcenter. I'm usually against going to a Dunkin Donuts that isn't in my neighborhood because I feel like they always get something wrong. Not here though, this spot beat my local Dunkin out the park!
