Slow and didn't make the right coffee I ordered (no Coconut milk)!
The workers here are rude and unprofessional. I had an incident where my coffee spilled due to the protective window they have in place where you pick up your mobile orders. All they said was "mop" and they proceed to keep doing what they were doing without even acknowledging me or asking me if I wanted another drink...they kept having a conversation amongst themselves regarding how many times they require the mop. Even after I said "excuse me" they ignored me and kept talking and doing whatever else. I will never order from this Dunkin again.

All the staff are amazing, I visit at least 4 times a week and I am never disappointed. Everything is fresh and my coffee is always phenomenal and gets me through my longgg day. Kayla and the two young men that work mornings always go above and beyond and make sure the lines are moving swiftly and efficiently. I appreciate you all and your hard work! Thanks you a million!! It’s even better if you download the app and order ahead!
Service is quick on occasion usually busy in the morning but that's to be expected. Very friendly staff and hasn't messed up an order yet
