The lady at the register was very efficient and we made a large order
So a friend of mine use to work with me and he would be late all the time... I couldn't understand why. He would tell me that he left his house early and only stopped by Dunkin donuts for coffee. I now totally understand why he was always late. This is the slowest Dunkin donuts I've ever experienced. How are you slow with coffee when that's what you specialize in??? It's insane. I walked in with 3 people ahead of me. They ordered coffee for themselves! One man ordered a couple of donuts. It took me 17 minutes to get out of there. That's craziness. They also are missing way too many things. They have just the bare minimum. I bought my mother a coffee and she hated it. I will not be going there again.
Friendly and always seems to get my wife's order right . Tends to be depended on who's working though as some of the other members seem to not either understand orders when explained correctly, or not really wanting to work. As someone who works retail as well I know how that goes but do your best to give the best experience. We're all human of course but still there's a level of professionalism that should be on display here . The one girl is awesome everyone else not so much
Quick courteous service. I tried the Tomato, hummus toast. It was flavorful, except the yucky after taste of the bread.The bread that is used is too squishy and not tasty. I think the hummus and tomatoes would be better with a crunchy, firmer toast.
The staff is too busy talking instead of taking care of customers order. And very disrespectful when asked if tge person would stop talking and get order ready every time i go to this dunkin there is an issue eithet inder cook foid frozen in the middle or staff too busy socializing
Staff rather take care of the online mobile orders than serve the people that are actually waiting there. I waited way too long for 2 items.
9 times out of 10 your order will be wrong and don’t correct them because then they get an attitude. Also do not try and get their attention they don’t like that.
I ordered a vanilla latte they gave me an original I had to give my cup back 3 and the last time it was to sweet I could tast the sugar grains
Worst location I've ever been to. Constantly waiting for your order, the Staff continuously stop to have conversations. They have no sense of urgency and I am often left running late for my own duties. Completely unacceptable.
This Dunkin Donuts is the worst location if you have something to do that day. The wait time on line exceeds more than 10 min, and then to wait for your order will take approximately 20 min. If you place a mobile order, please wait about 20 min before going to get it. The people working at this location are so kind which is unfortunate because they are so slow, and have no regard for the amount of people around them. Definitely do not go there on your way to work, you will be late. Lastly, they heat up some items like hash browns, wraps, and English muffins and leave them on the side for when someone orders them, therefore giving the customer cold items. This Dunkin needs lots of help.
