One of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been too, reminds me of the notorious McDonald’s in Manhattan that u can buy/sell crack see people overdosing in the bathrooms
One of my favorite Dunkin locations.Staff there is great.Ordered my Matcha Latte Iced. The staff asked if I wanted sugar. I ordered Donuts for my family. They were carefully placed in the box and the donuts are always fresh. The staff put the donuts on a Dunkin bag for me.The staff cooking the food was great. The staff bagged the avocado toast in a separate bag. The other breakfast items I ordered were 6 piece hash brown, snacking bacon, and two piece omelette bites egg white veggie. The food was great. Staff told me to have a great weekend and I told them to have a great weekend. Highly recommend.
The worst donkin donuts in yonkers, I knew I should have never went in there, the person that took my order and made my turkey bagel was so rude and totally ignored me

Worst service ever. Walked out after 40 min after an altercation with the Mgr bc he wouldn't help. Didn't even get a refund. Literally worst ever
This is the most horrible place. I went there one time and never again. The homeless hanging out inside and outside the store. Unfortunately the store needs to be closed because it is not a safe environment.
I asked the cashier if they had French Swirl for my iced latte where he proceeded to tell me yes. After I put my order in I see another co worker put unsweetened French Vanilla shots in my drink and he added whip cream that I didn’t ask for. Always watch them when they make your food and drinks cause people be adding extra and unnecessary stuff
Honestly the worst DD in Westchester county. The staff is never attentive, the tall guy behind the counter is always on his phone and distracted. I got here at 9:04am, he didn't notice me until 9:12am when others started walking in, and my bus comes at 9:15am. The food is always slow no matter off your the only customer there or not. It's a waste of real estate.
Staff are very friendly. And they serve very quick. Ive never had an issue. The location isnt quite the best.
Horrible. First, when I came in the Indian man just pointed at me instead of greeting me properly. I had a vanilla chai (now vanilla spice) and it tasted like hot milk in a cup. When I told him it tastes like milk and not a vanilla spice he just said "thats a vanilla spice". Dont waste your time or money going to this ghetto place. Go elsewhere.
