The service is ok, the quality of the drinks are not consistent. The big issue here is the conditions of their restrooms. I was there yesterday, restrooms dirty, and falling apart. They didnt have hand soap, how employees wash their hands???

Clean place huge menu prices a little high, but good customer service will definitely go back
This is the Dunkin on Tuckahoe and Central Park Ave in Yonkers. Always very messy. Tables are always dirty. Floor has used napkins and garbage. Counters dirty. Service is poor. I'm waiting to order and employee on the phone. Had to get his attention by knocking on the barrier at cashier area. No one ahead of me, takes over five minutes to make a Refresher. I come back since there is no other Dunkin near me. Always leave disappointed. I hope a better manager takes over this spot.
Though the food items taste the same at most Dunkin stores, it disturbs me that the Ferndale employee not only doesn't know how to wear her mask but also does not wear gloves when handling food (don't care that she uses wax paper when selecting donuts/bagels).
The doughnuts were fresh and the drinks, the vanilla coolata, the strawberry refresher and frozen hot chocolate were good.
The staff is very friendly at this location. They have wonderful customer service skills.
The staff here is friendly but they will forget part of your order occasionally. I've had this happen a few times.
Dunkin' Robbins at night over the last decade ain't what it used to be. It never seems to be 'time to make the donuts', they are there and they are stale. THIS DUNKIN' was clean, the one kid serving was hustling, didn't see anyone tip the poor kid, I did. Not going to change his tax bracket, but gee wiz, AT LEAST HE HAS WORKING INSTEAD OF JUST TAKING THE GOVY CHECK. THUMBS UP!
