First they were extremely late, then the pizza was cold and look at the dessert. I don’t know but it looks weird that there was a piece of the brownie on top the the other. All the pieces should be flat side by side not one on top of the other. And it was burned. What happened to the quality check? I guess domino’s considers burned, cold food to be good quality
I've just about had it with this store. They used to be great until about 6 months ago and now they are awful. They never pay attention to how the pies are supposed to be made. Well done pies are never cooked well done. Double pepperoni is always treated as one topping and never doubled. The pies are never cut through and fall apart while trying to separate. One time the guy forgot to put pepperoni on my pizza, then took 10 minutes to heat it separately and throw in on top off the pizza. What pepperoni didn't fall off was still stuck to the pizza cutter, which looks like it gets wiped off every 100 pies, so be careful of allergies. The pizzas from here also do not taste as fresh as every other location, where I never have problems. One other time, the clueless guy at the front asked for my name, looked at the takeout pies and said mine wasn't ready. 10 minutes later, he hands me my order...one that had been sitting there the whole 10 minutes he made me wait.This store has awful management. I'm not sure what changed a few months ago, but I won't be going back to this location after my experience tonight. I put an order through at 1:20 AM on the app and they called to cancel. Apparently they closed over 40 minutes early. Why even have hours if you don't adhere to them? I rely on this Domino's for being open late and now they are literally good for nothing. This store makes Domino's look bad and someone from corporate should check in on them. I actually go out of my way to avoid Domino's now, because of this store.
Ordered and waited an 1.5 hours for the food that never arrived. Could not get in contact with anyone at the store. The order was prepaid online with tip. Disappointing service. First and last experience at this place. Never ordering here again. You will pretty much pay for someone else to have your food.
Very bad service. I always choose curb side, they never bring it out in time and they stop the timer. I know they are busy but don’t make me wait for 10-20 minutes. I choose curb side because I have my kids in the car. I am not a complainer but it’s not right!
This location is ATROCIOUS. I have had REPEATED incidents where the driver finds an excuse not to deliver my food to my door, asking me to come to his car. They hire the laziest most useless kids who just don’t want to do their job. Not overreacting. This is my 5th incident in 2yrs. The managers refuse to rectify the issue. I’ve even had to call corporate to get my refund (they attempted to keep my money after refusing to deliver it). I had a kid tonight try to cite covid as his excuse. You can leave it right outside my door. No contact. Invalid excuse. Every other service does that. Management is aware and never does anything about this. I’ve called every time and they apologize and seem to barely understand me at times. The owner needs to look into this.
They are the worst the worst the worst the worst DONT ever order from here!! They don’t care about you they don’t even say sorry they forget your food your sauce the food comes cold they take 2 hours! My food said delivered and is no where near me I’m starving and so is my kids this the last time I order from here! They very unprofessional I’m done! The managers don’t care! Do not water your time because you will never get your food!! I will never ever buy from you guys again!
Probably like the greatest dominos I ever been too. Every staff is very helpful and ready to help. Super clean! And the delivery is by far the fastest I ever seen. If I could put 100 stars I would. Sadly it’s only 5. Outstanding!
Every time I ordered from here either they had a problem to find m address or didn’t wanted to come to my second floor apartment , the last delivery said if you don’t come outside I’m talking the pizza back to the store…… you lost a client on my end
They took so long I was able to buy a house, get a wife, have some kids and send them to college by the time they delivered. I finally received the pizza while I was filing for retirement.
I never received my food, which I’m so mad about because it was 40 dollars and I tipped. Literally worst place ever. You can’t even call the store because the phones are disconnected ?
