If you order online and choose the option contactless delivery; please know that the option does not exist! This location never delivers to the door if you reside in an apartment building. The delivery vehicles are never equipped with the domino's sign on top that will allow double parking for deliveries.It is extremely inconvenient and misleading.
The delivery guy really has a lot of nerve and is extremely disrespectful. I gave you a pre-paid tip, sir. If you can't come into the building, fine. But how dare you, when I've barely had time to get my shoes on to meet you, start calling me to demand why I'm taking so long to get downstairs?! "Why am I taking so long?" YOU are the delivery guy, not me! YOU got the tip, not me! And now you're making demands?When I confronted him on this, he told me that I sounded rude. It was like being in the twilight zone.Unprofessional, and totally unreal. Will never order from this Dominos again, and not because of the pizza, but because of the delivery guy.

Took them 20mins to make my order. They told me to wait 5-10 mins, I did. Then when I went to pick it up the guy said the person never placed my order so I had to wait another 10mins. I waited and went back after to pick up my order and was given 2 orders of the meal because of the inconvenience of the wait.
I ordered a pizza and they never came to deliver it. I called over and over to confirm delivery.. they told me the driver was on the way. My doorbell never rang, they never called me to tell me they weren’t going to deliver my order.The last time I called, the delivery person told me “there’s no way you’re getting your pizza.”Don’t bother ordering from here. They’re rude and unprofessional. They haven’t even refunded me for my order.
They never answer the phone. If They do answer it it will only be to put you on hold and never pick it back it. Food comes cold if it ever comes at all. Placed a delivery order after 2 hours i canceled the order. They called me saying the food was outside an hour after that.
This place has people working who obviously don't like their job. Delivery service is terrible. They deliver food super slow. Food comes to you cold since driver is running his errands instead of doing his job. The tracker stated that my food was delivered yet it didn't arrive and neither did the driver call to inform me as to what's going on. They only care for tips! And don't make an effort to deliver on time. Very unprofessional and this location should be closed! Do yourself a favor and spend your money someplace else unless you want your food to be arriving late, mishandled and cold.
This place is HORRIBLE!!!! My pizza was disgusting, it was old and burnt so was my cheese bread. Never again !
Food was ok but I always have a problem with the delivery person they never want to bring the food to my door. Always say there’s no parking and say I have to go down to get the food and when I get there there are always parking spaces. I’m a single parent of a 7&2 years old it’s not easy for me to carry my kid downstairs and then carry the food back up.
It’s just such a bad location. Drivers don’t want to come to your door whilst other drivers will; the staff gives fictitious names and they all say that they are managers to avoid getting into trouble.The driver argues with me on the line about delivering contactless to my door, absolutely no manners. Marked the order as delivered and left! Tells the “manager” he didn’t want to get a ticket. That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. He should be fired at all cost!If I didn’t remember this location was owned by JMC Holdings, I would have nobody to speak to at all. I’m out $40, no food and almost had nobody to talk to. I’m so disappointed.Make sure to call JMC Holdings LTD. if you have an issue, and speak with Dawn. The only person who speaks proper English and will hopefully resolve the order.
