Not sure if my review is specific to this location or a corporate issue. We haven't had Cinnabon in over two years, but always loved it in the past. This time it was very disappointing. It tastes as if the recipe has been changed with much less butter and more sugar. There was also considerably less frosting and it was a bit harder inside. If this is the new Cinnabon then we won't be going back to any location. Hoping it's a location specific problem.

The Cinnabon in cross county mall only opened like 45 minutes late when its supposed to be at 10:00 AM. The worker couldn’t even let us know when she will be ready while we were waiting in the cold. It is a courtesy to at least let us know if hours changed. Not coming back here and not trustworthy. Doesnt even pick up the phone.
Closing two hours earlier than stated online. Walking in 7:30PM today, and some guy is sitting behind the counter on his cell phone with the door locked and the place cleaned up. (Thursday)
The staff is kinda rude and not welcoming
Just tried to use a groupon. Asked for the four pack. They stated that they it had the nine and 16 pack. I find that hard to believe so early in the day. And there were fresh buns just sitting in the case. Couldn't they just take the ones out of the case and out it in the box? Typical.

Service was super fast and the pasteries are so good
“Sorry our machine is not working” even tho I seen people comming out with drinks , very lazy and they love to lie just come to haagen dazs there much much better and much more respectful also Cinnabon I seen the employees sneezing so goodluck
