Not great. They are clean and seem to have a good system in there, but this thing they call “food”… I spent money to add 4-5 things into this burrito and then actually eating it still tastes like a rubber tire. Definitely not worth paying extra money for a burrito when it can’t compete with actual Yonkers Mexican food. I understand the difference between take out and real food, but it’s a brutal realization

This is the worst Chipotle I ever been. They don't even give you a cup for water! They told me $3 for a cup to drink water!! Not acceptable! Had my young daughter choked because of being denied a cup for water I would sue the hell out of Chipotle!! Also the place is filthy! Tables were disgusting. What a shame that this Chipotle is giving the franchise a bad name. Another thing, where are the masks for food handlers? Why isn't it an enforced thing by the manager?? Terrible.

First off why doesn't Chipotle staff that work with the food line have on masks?? We are still very much in the covid pandemic. We were all clearly taught about distancing and saliva be dispersed from our mouths and noses while we breathe and speak. Extremely irresponsible not wear masks when handling and serving food especially when they are nonstop talking while serving you. Second there is never any small cups for water here? Every Chipotle I've been has small water cups. This is clearly done intentionally so that you can buy their way overpriced water. Please stop it! everyone doesn't have $3 for water and you should be able to have a free cup of water when your eating. Third the tables are dirty and no one seems to be in charge of cleaning. Fourthly there is never the selection of hot sauces, there's barely any hot sauce for that matter. Fifth please give a proper portion of meat before trying to charge people extra. Again a money grab to give people less and charging them more. This is the worst Chipotle I ever been too!

Food is as good as any other of it's franchised locations. Set up is pretty much the same. They have some outdoor seating. Establishment is located in an outdoor mall. Very nice area. Good people. Nice staff. I've always felt prices are a bit high but the food is good. Only suggestion I have is keep tables and trash cleaned more frequently. That should be 1 person's sole responsibility. Other than that this place serves its purpose.

This is places atrocious . Half of the staff wearing a mask . Employees without gloves . Everything reeks of grime and dust . The restaurant was upside down trash everywhere . I have never seen a place so abandoned . 10 employees on Sunday am . Not doing anything this store should be ashamed of it self. To whom it may concern I would have a meeting with your store a manager and do a overview of my FOH AND STORE CLEANING .

I did order pick up today, and my salad bowl was missing something… umm lettuce would be a key component of a salad right?

Fraud happens in their app and there is no way to cancel an order. When you call this location it isn’t possible to get to a human. Don’t download the app- it doesn’t do any good, and no way to stop a fraud order. I was in there instantly trying to cancel or chat with rep and call at same time, after 20 min it was the pickup time. Fraudsters enjoy a free meal because Chipotle doesn’t care.

This is the worst place ever!!!! I didn’t receive a receipt, The staff doesn’t pay attention when your trying to order.. They are very unprofessional, rude, & sassy. I called the “manager” on the phone tonight to let her know the burrito I had ordered wasn’t in the bag. She told me to come in so they can “remake” it or refund me. I said is there anything you guys can do for the inconvenience she said no. I asked for corporates number and her reply was “Google it” then she hung up on me! I went back over there (after I was already settled home after working all day), I was in line so they can “remake” the stupid burrito and the girl with the orange bun refused to serve me! Ignoring me and taking customers behind me! I literally had to call the police because of the foolery… I couldn’t believe it! The food was horrible. Rice was sticky and clumped together and the guacamole was brown. The restaurant is down right dirty and disgusting! I will NEVER be returning…. Good job Chipotle! U lost a steady customer!!! ????

A friend of mine had dealt with this situation twice. He ordered a drink with his online order & they did not put the cup in his bag when he picked it up. If he hadn’t check it before he left he would’ve been robbed out of his money. He asked for the cup at the cashier but they said the soda machine was out of order & only the juice machine was working. So what he paid for it already at least send an email that they can’t fulfill that order & give him a refund. But apparently they gave him the cup anyway so all they did was waste minutes of his time.

The absolute worst eatery in Cross County Mall. The workers are waiting extremely rude. The serving table is a mess. This attitude has to come from the top down because I can’t imagine a restaurant manager sees that’s behavior and think it’s ok. I’d much rather drive the 15 minutes away and go to the Chipotle in Pelham. Do not give this place your money.
