Do not go there!!! I ordered a waffle bowl of rum & raisin ice cream and instead I was served a waffle bowl of pink ice cream without any rum or raisins in it. Again, the young staff with no enthusiasm or customer service etiquette. Asked for cherries, pecans and sprinkle toppings and the staff was less than generous with quantity served, especially when I asked for some syrup on top. Afterall, I was a paying customer I wasn't trying to ask for free ice cream, even though I still ended up paying for something completely opposite from what I ordered.

The worker andy dug his hands into all the toppings for my sandwich with no gloves on. I was disgusted by this and I will never go back to this place! If you want dirty unsanitary food come here.

We ordered a Hello Kitty cake for my daughter’s 5th birthday party and it was perfect. I didn’t like the cake they had in stock and the owner/manager told me to send him a picture and he promised to do the cake exactly as pictured! He wasn’t sure if he could find the mold but he said he would try his best to make the cake perfect for us. He called us 2 days before to tell us that he had found the mold for the cake and that it would be ready for pick up 2 days early if we wanted to pick it up. Excellent customer service. Super nice guy. Will definitely go back to this carvel for all my cakes. They have a variety of different cakes if you don’t want to place a custom cake. The place is clean. I am so happy and so was my daughter. I posted pictures of the cake! Very pleased. Thank you!!
