Amazing food, quick service, friendly staff. Our waiter Max was very courteous,l and fast. The Cheese Ravioli was incredibly delicious!!!!!! Highly recommend this place.

Excellent Food and Service. We ordered chicken dishes and all of them were delicious and the chicken was tender. We also had their Italian cheesecake. Creamy and delicious.

We enjoyed our chicken dishes and Italian cheesecake. Service was excellent. We will definitely be going back.

Hubby's sister wanted to take us out to her favorite restaurant. She insisted we meet her here for lunch. Was pleasantly surprised. The outside does not look like much. It just looks like a local pizza joint. The upstairs is the sit down area and it was packed! There's a 3rd level that has tables and a full bar. Alot of groups of different sizes. 2 Birthday celebration happened while we were there. :)We were a party of 6 and placed reservations ahead of time so we were seated immediately. The hostess was friendly and helpful. The waiter was friendly, helpful and patient. She and her hubby had their favorite meals that were no longer on the menu but they accommodated us, the Filet of Sole and Flank Steak.Cheesy Garlic Bread that everyone loved. Antipasto was good but becareful it's on a cutting board so no edges to prevent spills and the oil dripped on my blouse when they came to put it down on the table. (Dolop of Shampoo and a little rub, it came right out!)Spaghetti with meat sauce, Plain Steak and Steak with Mushrooms and Onion were the family order. The basics ;)Hubby and I are more daring with food. We had Pasta Fagioli and Lentil Soup. We thought it would be a cup or small bowl but we got 2 large bowl of soup which would have been a meal in itself hehe. Both were good. The specials of the day included Pork Shank and Black Seabass. Pork Shank was so tender you don't need a knife. Seabass was amazing! Definitely recommend it! It's been a week and I'm still remembering it ?

Happy to report that the food and service at Carlo's are excellent and the bread is still amazing! It's first time I've been back here since 1972, where I used to hang out with my RHS buddies, often cutting classes or cramming for high school exams while wolfing down pizza & quaffing diet cokes at Carlo's. My compliments to the current staff, including my server Stephanie and manager Sheilagh, who did their utmost to make me feel welcome!

Been going to Carlos for years. Love it. Last night was a bit off. First we learned our favorite salad - the Tuscan Salad - is no longer offered. Next, all the staff seems different / not sure why. Our main dish took unusually long to come out and it was ice cold. Likely sitting there waiting for to coke out and got . cold. Never happened before. Not the restaurants fault - I blame the server. Manager did the right thing however, and took it back to heat. Offered us coffee and dessert on the house. We just had coffee. Of course we’ll still return. Every place has off nights. Still wonderful food. But we’ll miss the Tuscan salad for sure.

I went to Carlos twice over the past few days and the food is good, wouldn't say it's great. It's small and cozy inside. Great bread for the table. House red wines are better than expected. Some issues we had were that they served us water in plastic cups and one of the cups was cracked and leaking - really weird that the person who brought them over didn't realize that - ended up with a big puddle on the table after we realized where the water was coming from. They took our order and got one person's completely wrong. By the time they brought the right dish out everyone else had finished eating and we just took it to go. Not cool. It's worth a try but don't think I'll be a regular. They do have delicious NY cheesecake though - I'll order that to go!

We go to Carlos at least every few months & order take out often… we went to celebrate our sons birthday & were informed that there is a $2 per person fee to bring a cake! The cake itself was $10… so imagine paying $12 for the fee? We were told they need to supply plates / forks & it’s a cutting fee…it was waived this time since we didn’t know about it, but we’re forewarned we would be charged the next time….there will be no next time - so incredibly petty….we spent about $200 on dinner & drinks….not a good business move. As a business owner, why not add $1 to each menu item on an updated menu… you’ll make it up & no one will realize…. What’s next, charge for bread or water ! Lastly we were also told that all restaurants in the area are doing the same… news flash they are not… we frequent many. Hope this helps you for the future & helps you maintain the customers you will inevitably lose… we’ll miss you.

It is very difficult to impress me when it comes to Italian food. Im Sicilian, and I cook quite well, and I have been around many, many restaurants!Carlos Restaurant first impressed me while I was at a catered event. I quickly asked where the food was from. Now, I came in person and it was exactly what I was expecting. I hate spending money on food and coming home hungry or disappointed. Carlos restaurant made me feel very satisfied to say the least. Food is if quality, and the Tiramisu was homemade and outstanding! Great dessert menu. The only negative thing was that the tables were a little small, but not a deal breaker whatsoever.

We had the steak for 2 with broccoli lentil soup and clams Excellent ,portions are plentifulThe server was pleasant everyone was friendly felt right at home
