The rotisserie chicken is one of thier best take out dishes.The family meals are a good value. Try the chicken nuggets.Tres leches cake and flan are worth trying.Cuban sandwich was pretty good.
I go here all the time as a dominican myself the only criticism is please put less saltly flavor in the sancocho, i know we are to combine it with white rice but still. Food is good, beans are soft and delicious, and mangu is just right in texture and if you call they have the order for you to pick up when they say. Dining in they are good, attentive to come by, but sometimes it can be hard to get your servers attention when its not busy because they are all at the front desk taking walk-ins.
Called through Ubereats the other night and it was by far the worst Dominican food experience I've had in a long time. I've attached some pictures.We ordered a large San Cocho, we got a container of broth with TWO PIECES of meat in it and no vegetables.A four person meal deal shows up at your house like a single order. There was white rice enough for MAYBE three people (depending on how your Dominican family eats), a PINT of beans, that MIGHT feed two people, a small tin of pernil, a small salad for which there was no oil/vinegar or dressing and a bottle of Coca-Cola that was hot, never refrigerated hot and even though we paid a couple bucks extra to get the order quick, all the food was ice cold- unlike the Coca-Cola. Last time, never again with these guys.If I were near to the restaurant, I seriously would have brought it back and threw it at them. No joke. The most DISRESPECTFUL food delivery I've gotten in years. Shame on them.
I’m my opinion, this restaurant is the best in my community.Every time I have ordered from here, the food was always delicious!As for the rice, this is the best rice I have ever eaten, for real!!Who ever cooks the rice here, my compliments to you, you are amazing!
Ordered a large order of plantains and it turns out they were expired and disgusting looking when i bit into it threw them out as soon a I tasted them and they were moldy from the inside I don’t understand how you can sell that to someone and on top of that the chicken was dry this place has now turned mediocre and hard to eat
