OMG BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE. THEY RAISED THE PRICE OF A HAMBURGERS 100%. INFLATION IS NOT THAT HIGH. MCDONALD'S IS HALF A MILE AWAY AND IT'S MORE UPDATED IN BIGGER PORTIONS. I don't know why Burger King thinks they can get away with this and still keep their customer base
The door slams so hard I’m afraid someone will get hurt. The cashier or manager put a small sign no soda just these drinks available. My french fries were cold.
Please don’t go to this Burger King in the morning because I 6:12 AM on July 6 I’m waiting at the drive-through for about 5 to 6 minutes and this girl was on her phone the whole time. so I drove up to the window to ask her are you guys open and she said yes but you have to drive back around. But I was there waiting there waiting for six minutes honking my horn and nobody showed up nobody said hi or nothing and she said we have to drive around so I can take your order. So i said, I’m not driving back around or are you have to take my order right here because I was already over there and you didn’t hear me because you were on your phone the whole time. So what’s an attitude she took my order gave me my food and then I drove off please don’t go to this Burger King in the morning because the young lady that’s there she will not help you. She will be on her phone the whole time.
Very tasty Whopper Sandwich, seems more care went into it's preparation than my Bronx Burger King Experience
This place closes at 12 am but they stop to take order at 11.46 we don’t understand the reason and we are waiting almost 40 minutes in drive through and guy taking very rudely
Dry hamburgers. Not like they use to b . Quality down.bread dry Wont go here again. No wonder parking lot empty! Lot has mice too many . Wont go here no mo! Had to throw out order. Never again!
CLEAN,SPACIOUS, FAST SERVICE BUT MORE EXPENSIVE THEN OTHER LOCATIONS MAYBE BECAUSE ITS ON THE HIGHWAY SPENT ABOUT $30 BUCKS FOR FOOD THATS NORMALLY $14-$15 .....THE LITTLE OLD LADY NAZERE TOTALLY MADE IT WORTH THE BUY ??SUCH A SWEETHEART
Great customer service skills provided by the employee who took my money and provided my food at the Burger King, Drive through window last night or I should say this morning. She makes me want to return to Burger King. It was super late and I was really hungry. I got off work at midnight. I was so tired and she made my night a lot brighter. She was so friendly and really needs to be credited for her outstanding customer service skills. I truly wish I knew her name!! It was a little after midnight and she works at the Burger King on Central Park Avenue, in Yonkers. Please thank her!!!
I agree with other reviews that this is not a great location. I gave it an extra star because there seems to be some improvement lately. Unfortunately the last time I was there, 2 days ago, they screwed up again. I asked for a meal with added bacon and from what they repeated back to me it sounded correct. When I pulled up to the window the price was $3 more than expected. They decided to make my order a large without even asking me. Seriously?? This has never happened to me at any fast food drive-up. If I wanted to pay that much for a burger I'd have gone to Smashburger...theirs are far better. Burger King has jacked up their prices so much and the food has had ZERO improvement. I'll have to pass next time.
