The manager does not practice health restrictions. Does not wear gloves, was outside cleaning her car and then wants to start handling food without any gloves. The manager was outside visibly washing and wiping down her automobile and comes inside the Boston market and tried to handle my food without washing hands and putting on gloves.
This location has been on an incredibly fast decline. I ordered via UberEats — the two combo meal. Then they don’t even have the meatloaf. Then ask me to take chicken which is a lesser price and offer no complimentary items as a fix. So, I’m overpaying for chicken and all of the time the chicken isn’t cooked right.They never serve food on dishes with silverware anymore, which is a standard. The service is extremely slow. I can’t recommend this location.
I ordered online and they text me stating that my order is on the way for delivery. I waited almost an hour. So I called to check on the status. I spoke to a woman and she checked my order. She said my order was placed for a pickup. I said to her that I received a text message that my order is on its way, but why is it taking so long? She said she has a receipt saying order was placed for pickup. I said to her no, I placed the order for delivery. I asked her why would they text me then? She lied and said that they don’t text people about orders, every order is done by pickup, and she hangs up! I’ve ordered from Boston Market, Yonkers on line for deliver a few times. 10 minutes later, after she slammed the phone in my face, here comes my order. I hate liars!

Excellent customer service froma young man named Xavier(?) this evening, he stated right away that they didn’t have anymore chicken for the night but offered other options and offered a drink for the inconvenience. It was really appreciated because I had a pretty awful day and his simple act of kindness made my day.I ended up getting the pulled bbq chicken, it was a little on the dry side and the mac and cheese noodles were on the softer side today but I’m not one to complain about things too much. I understand that times are tough for a lot of people, companies, etc.
Great, friendly staff, food was ready immediately, however, the pot pies had chicken bones, and were very dry.
I ordered from here and the food was horrible. My veggies were spoiled. They smelled and tasted bad. The sandwiches I ordered were dry and lacked substance. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. Would not recommend nor return.

I just got home from buying a meal at this location. complete waste of my money. I got home the foood had hair. SO UNSANATARY. I called and the Manager basically said I can go back to pick up a new order, which drive 35 mins back is def not inconvinience (sarcastic) I am def not eating in any Boston MArket, but this one is one of the most gross one.
This Boston Market is nice, it’s located at Cross County Shopping Center and it’s a nice area. Also the food is delicious.
