When does beef and cheddar come with 3/4 a SLICE of cheese instead if cheese sauce? They don’t tell you when you order that they ran out of cheese sauce and make you wait 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches with only 3 customers in the store! No apology, nothing but a sorry attitude!
Pretty good food, the service is great, employees are kind and efficient. Can't wait for the Bubbler lemonade. Also this is probably one of the cleanest fast food chains ever been to.
When some of your orders comes the right way, and then some are little soggy and you are not sure what have changed, all that left is to wish for the best.
Today was the first and last time I come to this restaurant. There was no customers at the time I arrived with my wife, one counter person. We ordered the 2 for $6 deal and told not available. We ordered from regular menu, waited 20 minutes to get order. Soda dispenser lacking diet sodas, no condiment(ketchup) available, tables not clean, when I mentioned about a clean table, told no one to clean that I should clean table. Ate in car. Sandwiches had a strange taste, fries near raw, not what Arby's shows in ads. Went back to complain, told there was nothing wrong, heat may have caused roast beef sandwich to spoil, offered no refunds. Loss $20.Had a more pleasurable lunch (and clean table) at competitor
The food is good, the store was clean, staff friendly but service was a little slow.
They are really under staffed. There were two people working in there and they make the food when you order it. It took about 10 minutes to put in the order and then it's about a 35 minute wait for fast food. Not sure what's going on there. To make things a little worse, the fish sandwich I ordered was cold. That's a little weird.... This was my second time going and it was an even longer wait the first time. Maybe the owner is trying to save money? This way makes it easy to lose money by losing customers. Unfortunately, if this is how it will always be, then this will be my last time coming.
Didn't buy anything myself - but my friend did, & later (when I asked her how the fish sandwich was) she told me she enjoyed her supper from ARBY'S! Their prices are pretty good & it looks like they keep their place pretty clean. Nice staff too.
It's an arbys running on a skeleton crew. Everything is done well but it takes a little longer than normal. This place is tiny and should probably be take out only.
Arby's....the restaurant most likely (by far) to mess up your order and this location is no exception. Roast beef AND CHEDDAR becomes just plain ole roast beef more often than not. I realized its because of poor training and policies. All restaurant chains except Arbys have their staff repeat your order back to you for confirmation. But at Arby's, if you don't check your receipt, you will be screwed.
Good lunch, staff could be more friendly though...
