Alot of parking. A wide assortment of fast, fresh and tasty food. Ample amount of seating. Crayons and paperwork to keep the little ones busy. Clean, well stocked bathrooms. Drinks had way too much ice, but that depends on the person making them. Great staff, helpful, knowledgeable and quick. Several televisions to look at and enjoy. Prices were average, but there were a few bargains. I loved this place and can't wait to go back again!
Sorry guys but , the restaurant need a Manenger … terrible stake, staff walk around talk to with Oder, leaving the customers waiting, my kids waited around 20 minutes to get a soda on the table, the food came cold and we wait a lot, the beer was bad and warm , until they change that I’ll never go back, I am filling sorry for the owner, so much money invest for nothing, change your staff before they close your restaurant ???
I’ve been coming to this place for years and recently I’ve notice that at the bar they play loud music. This Applebee’s was always so different from the other ones. Now it’s so loud that you can’t even go there for a simple meal, drink or to watch a game. That place is going downhill
The staff is wonderful and the music is not bad. Drinks here were pretty good. However, if you are a vegetarian or vegan this place has little to no options. You will have to order side items because every dish is served with some type of fish or meat for the most part. It is Applebee's in Yonkers. It is what it is. Overall, it's a good spot for meeting up with friends and having drinks.
Over 15 minutes waiting for someone to come to our table and simply greet us and take our order - after the lunch rush - before the dinner rush on a Sunday— the rest of our section was empty. Server came out and walked past us to clear a table as if it needed to be turned over quickly although the section was empty. Still no greeting. Went inside to ask when we would be seen, 3 servers looked at each other and exchanged comments “no one went to greet them” — although servers are assigned in section or rotation and there was a hostess present who is supposed to notify said person it is their turn. Overall frustration to just get to the point of ordering. We ordered everything all at once … let’s not even get into the rest of the visit. Wrong orders - out of stock items - poor young lady was trying but she was striking out over and over. A reflection of the lack of proper training. Service makes a huge different on a chain restaurant.FYI — 37 minutes since we sat — our drinks still weren’t out.Food came out incorrectly before waters even touched the table.
TERRIBLE! We were seated immediately asked multiple times for our waiter no one ever showed up! after about 10-15 minutes we abandoned our table...luckily female bartender was amazing! Gave 2 stars only because of bartenderGET IT TOGETHER!
Our visit to Applebee's was very nice ?. The food was yummy ? and our server was a very likeable young man. If you decide to make a trip there you might like to try the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp dinner. This is a great dish! Give Applebee's a visit and have a nice time!!!
Went there on Saturday and must say that 1 bartender stood out didn't catch her name. But I must say that she was very professional friendly and had a beautiful profile inside and out. Just wanted to say thank you cause you absolutely made my nite. I asked for a shot of Fireball and she suggested something else and let's just say that she knows her stuff.. Just wanted to say thank you to you and definitely see me again
Service at Applebee's is normally acceptable but don't try going there on the weekend (Sunday nights that is). The shenanigans that took place in there was out of control!!! Because employees were eager to leave, they closed the bar to the clients but only made drinks for staff members who were still on the clock! Having conversations while using vulgarity and excessive noise, while one of them was vaping on the dining floor, in front of the few customers who remained. When confronted, attitudes flared so we left. No food and no drinks and it was only 9:30 pm. This is a clear indication that some employees always require babysitting throughout their entire shifts! It was very insulting and disgraceful.
Tonight I did curb side pick up because I wasn’t up to going out tonight. So I called put my order in & they told me it would be ready in 15min. When I asked what the payment method was I was expecting him to ask me for my credit card #, but he didn’t he told me I can pay when I pick the food up. That’s not curb side though, that’s Take-Out where u go inside to pay. Curb side is exactly that where the server brings the food out to your car. In this situation the only form of payment that should be accepted are credit or debit cards, contactless service. Bit on a positive note the food was delicious
