Tempted to go lower in stars. Not in any kind of bad health way, but the place could use a sprucing up. The reason for my aggravation though is they've got a toilet with the disability bars and a giant toilet paper holder right in the way where you can't sit down on the toilet.Otherwise the place is indecent shape and the services good.

My husband and I went to the Wendy’s on transit rd In Williamsville, 14221 we’re we ordered our lunch it came to $26 and some change. I asked the cashier if I could split the payment, I wanted to do $14 in cash and the rest on my card. Normal right …. So I handed her the $14 in cash, she said swip my card so I did. she said my card didn’t go threw. Ok I swiped it again. she said ok ur order will be right up. My husband looked at me and said “ just check the transaction to be safe” so I opened my bank account app while still standing waiting for my food and low and behold I was charged both times I swiped my card. So I showed the cashier and asked if we could speak to the manager. Showed him my bank transactions and told him wat happened. He word for word told me there was nothing he could do I had to speak to corporate office or my bank. I said all I need is the cash back I handed your cashier and we’ll call it a day. But no he did nothing I was charged $26.23 on my card and the cashier or whoever kept the $14.00 in cash also. I love Wendy’s food but I will not go back to this location to be robbed again. Customers beware and check ur bank transactions.

I went through the drive through and they completely messed up my order. It was late and I was going to the airport, I didn't have the time or inclination to go back and have them do it right. It'll be quite a long time before i go back to Wendy's.

Woman was very nice that waited on us. I got the wrong lemonade flavor but didn't want to make a big deal about it.

They forgot half of our order. The food was made pretty sloppy And the drinks were made very poorly. Customer service was not friendly. We called and the man that was in charge through gave us attitude. Terrible experience. Like how do you order a frosty and forget to give it to your customers smh

Love their $5 meal deals. Best fries and love the frosty

THIS WENDY BEATS THEM ALL IN MY OPINION. And trust me, I've been to some not so friendly Wendy's locations. But the customer service WAS ABSOLUTELY GRENOMENAL !!!!!

I got a kids chicken nugget meal, with apples and Choc milk for my grandaughter the nuggets were cold and the apples were slimy like they were spoiled we went through the drive thru my granddaughter lives apples and told ne they did not taste good, I had to pull over and check and sure enough they were old and starting to turn. Very disappointed

When I went idk if they were training people, but took 3 mins just for them to ask for my order, then we get the order and they forgot the one sandwich we ordered so it took them around 7 mins jist to mess up my order.

Food was hot service was friendly and I got out of there quick.
