Yes, they served me, but wait. They instructed me I had to be I'm a vehicle, since drive thru was the only part open. I am driving a 45ft motorcoach. I pulled in and ordered, pulled up. I still had to get out of the bus, walk up to the window and pay. Today's youth have no common sense. He said, " My manager would do the same thing". God I hope that isn't true.
Unfortunately this trip the order was incorrect. My xl tea was coffee my onion/chive cream cheese was plain.
Once again I got stuck in drive thru not employees fault. Lack of employees was problemWhen are people going to get back to work
This location is the worst. They refused to make a sandwhich into a wrap(which every other location does) and Today they didnt give me the dark roast I ordered, my husbands sandwhich was wrong, and the hash browns were stale. The line was through the plaza and the dining room is closed and locked. So I just wont be returning.
Quick drive-thru. They got my order right and I was out in a flash! Great staff and very friendly!
Ordered a large regular coffee and when I took a sip the smell of mold or mildew was right there. I removed the lid and the whole drink smelled of mildew. When I called the location the person said “Well it’s made of paper”. When I offered to bring it back for a fresh cup he said well we can’t give you another one and we will just throw that one out! The owner needs to train their staff better and look at there inventory. Could be a health issue!
Not as good as it used to be. They changed their egg sandwiches from scrambled to over medium, I do not like them anymore. Tried their cinnamon raisin bagel and the raisins are pulverized, they used to be whole. It seems like the quality is slipping at THortons
Couldn't get the breakfast sandwiches. Yes it was the afternoon, in my defense though Tim's commercial says you can get them all day. So disappointed. I have gotten the breakfast sandwiches at other Tim Horton locations in the afternoon.

I pulled into the drive thru ready to order only to be threatened to have the cops called on me. I literally did nothing but pull up to the drive thru. I was so confused and had no idea what this lady was talking about. I asked what happened and she didn’t answer. Terrible experience and terrible customer service. This lady’s name was Emely and I think she should have at least some sort of punishment, I’d be happy if she even got fired. Unacceptable.
