Stopped Here between two and 3 o’clock on a Saturday afternoon. We ordered a grilled cheese Panini and a Tuscan chicken Panini and two ice caps, One small and one large. When we received the order they were both small and the girl had to take it back and correct it. She then presented us with a bag as we pulled away from the drive-in window. It had three sandwiches in it and we had only ordered two. The grilled cheese were not very warm and the Tuscan chicken was not the way it should’ve been prepared. It was basically mayonnaise on the bread with chicken and a slab of cheese, not even melted! I also want to mention that we never received our credit card receipt or any napkins in the bag! Very surprised at this type of service at Tim Hortons and will not be returning to this location again. Hoping to hear from the manager so that he can reprimand his staff to do a better job

Inconsistent quality. Sometimes it's great sometimes its really bad.I order the same thing every day and half the time i don't get what I order even when my order is repeated back to me correctly over the intercom. I normally would not care about this type of thing. I worked in fast food so I get stuff happens, but it is a significant jump in price between what I order and what is given to me. I always get the farmers wrap which is like 3 something and they give me the 1$ add on snackwraps instead.

Always great coffee and treats. Love the sandwich options too.

Can't scan phone for payment. This has been an ongoing problem at this location drive through. You need to handover your phone and they take it to the store front for scanning. No resolution in sight. Nobody on site seems to know anything.

Was a bit annoyed today when I was in line in the drive thru with 5 cars in front of me. Sat there with the line not moving for almost 10 minutes, one car left the speaker, the next pulled up to the speaker and sat there for 5 more minutes and then I see people coming out of the building getting in their vehicles, pulling out of the lot. They were employees. I sat there in the drive thru for several more minutes stuck in the line. Finally the last car leaving the lot said we are closed. It is not snowing, the roads are clear and there is a sign on the speaker that said they may close early due to the weather. Put a darn sign up that says you are closed!! I was in that line for almost 20 minutes behind people that were unaware that you actually closed!!

They do not follow guidelines when making the chicken panini, I thought they had the same guidelines at all locations or they just don't care. Even their coffee is luke warm. Why pay more when you get less ?.

Placed an online order via their app at 4 pm, went to collect at 4:15 but the store was closed. It's a nightmare to have them issue a refund. It's been a week since I filed for it. Starbucks would have issued instant refund, no questions asked.

As a general manager myself I find it abhorrent that a location that is closed outside of normal business hours has 0 indicators for being closed such as the sign being off, a sign left on doors/ drive thru windows. This was extremely upsetting
