Great coffee experience
A fully functional Starbucks tm
I have never had a bad experience with Starbucks. The baristas are friendly, and are good at knowing their regulars. I've not a bad coffee/latte/drink yet. Knock on wood. The drinks and food is very good. And they are creative and clean.
I'd rather support local but I have to admit, the Starbucks employees are always very helpful and pleasant.

Not paying attention to walk- ins wait was too long
Service is declining, and prices are rising. And the quality isn't what it was in the 90s.
