Food was great - had the Buffalo shrimp and chicken Cesar wrap and it came on a fantastic pita that was warmed with oil on flattop. Service was great too… we had a large party.Downside: the back room we ate in was 7,598 degrees…. Fahrenheit. Finally they opened a door to move some air. But the AC unit is either leaving door opened in kitchen freezer… or nothing. Don’t expect much in comfort. We asked multiple times for AC - not even acknowledged by waitstaff.Would have been a 5star for food, 4 star service, -7,896 in comfort of the room. Guess we’ll go back in winter… food might be with sweating my bag off.
Not sure why we waited so long with so many open tables. Party of 7 and only handed 2 menus. Kids where running around and screaming from the group party held in the adjacent room. This place needs better lighting and better service. Food was mediocre at best. Hard pass.
Stopped in for some wings with friends. Ended up with some pizza as well.. everything was Okay... Nothing wowed me and of course with the price of wings nowadays, restaurants have to start providing exceptional experiences to give us a reason to return...
This is bad. I don't normally go by the popular vote, but I'm from out of town and the reviews for this place are horrible. Maybe the owner doesn't pay attention to what people think. I do and I'll never set foot in this place. Plus I'm a veteran who has traveled the world. Most reviews are like urban legends. There's a truth there somewhere. I'll let the other vets who stay at comfort inn know to watch out. Who knows maybe I'll be proven and the manager will reply. Doubt it though.
An otherwise 5 star restaurant. Beware their payment processing through your phone. Using it auto-consents to spam.Change your payment software to provide a checkbox to opt in/out of spam. In the modern age assumed consent is unpardonable.
Here's how it all began we are in 3 of us got seated I always look at the silverware before I start to use them for my food. They were dirty warped in a napkin asked to replace they did got our plates they were also dirty. Replaced them they brought us another set of plates. The plates were dirty again! I was like no way so spoke the manger told them about the dirty dishes. She bought us a round for the inconvenience. Food was running late mine came out alright but still eatable. My friends food on the other hand was just sad. Ordered the calzone the server told us they burnt the first one they weren't going to service that. Waited for a replacement The calzone came it was burnt and wasn't the right order. Well we waited again for a replacement third time the charm. The manager gave us a discount that was worth us trying again hopefully it's not the same experience as we had last time.
It's good. I love spicy food and the Angry Santora's burger (I think it was called) is about as close to hot as you can get on a WNY menu (some suicide wings and Thai places excepted). The salads are great too.
Millersport Location We normally go to the Transit Location but this one was closer for a late dinner. The service was great but the food was awful. I ordered a Fettuccine Alfredo, which tasted like clam sauce instead of Alfredo. My boyfriend ordered the Steak and Pepper Sandwich which he said was cold. My French onion soup also taste burnt... really disappointed with this because Santoras is my favorite local restaurant.
we had a private party and the service was great... someone was constantly attending to the food and drink. The room was comfortable and the food was great, right down to the garlic twist rolls!
