17 year customer. Never to return. The last 5 visits have been awful. Tonight, the final straw. Our last visit was so awful management paid our check and gave me a $50 GC to come try to give them another chance. I ordered a pizza and wings. I arrived early to a slow night. I gave the GC, the order came out late, burnt, and cold. Seriously, they want to lose customers. I give up. 5 strikes. We are never returning, we didn’t even eat the pizza, the wings were over cooked as well.
Very good service, all staff and owner are friendly. The pizza we was different in a good way. They have some combination of toppings you wouldn't normally think of putting together on a pizza but it was surprisingly very good.
Delicious food and great service. Our group had Caesar and Italian salad, banana peppers, traditional cheese and pepperoni and the meatball pizza. Would go back!
My friend and I do dinner once every couple months and we chose Rocco's this time. We were greeted at the door but the hostess (a gentlemen) sat us at a very small table for 2 and once the pizza and drinks were delivered we had hardly any room to move was super cramped, and there were several tables a bit bigger he could have sat us at as we arrived at 4:30 and when we left there was still about 10 empty tables!! Our server was a young girl named Anastasia M, she was friendly in the beginning but became very pushy thruout the rest of our stay. She brought our pizza came back and asked how first couple bites were which was fine and warranted, however the restaurant was quiet so every couple minutes she came back to ask another question, maybe she was bored but it became a bother. My turn off started there as we had over half a pizza left and she came over asked if we wanted dessert ? Really we were still eating and chatting away. She came back less than 10 minutes later and asked if we wanted the rest boxed and gave us our bill......... then she came back twice and tried to take the check....I finally said when the bill is ready we will put it on the end of the table for you to see, she seemed annoyed (she had other tables she was also waiting on and didn't look like she was bothering them every couple minutes as one was right next to us) The experience was very unpleasant as from the minute the pizza was delivered to the time we left we felt very rushed and unwelcomed I will say for sure if we had a great server this place would have gotten 5 stars for sure as the pizza was amazing.
Didn’t realize you need reservations for this place but they were still able to seat us within 10 mins on a Saturday night. We got the truffle fries which are ok but not sure it’s their specialty. The pizza on the other hand was amazing. It had a beautiful smoky taste and the fresh mozzarella was perfect. The only issue was that the large pizza was more like a medium size. I guess it’s shrinkflation. The service was friendly, fast and accurate. Also, has a good draft beer menu. Other weird thing are the TVs in the dining. Not sure it fits with the decor or the crowd.
Great atmosphere and server was super nice!! But honestly I thought the meatball pizza I chose to order was boring and disappointing. I was expecting ricotta cheese and banana peppers etc as stated on the menu but I barely noticed any peppers or ricotta. Nothing wrong with it..Just kinda blah for what I was expecting.
First time there and definitely going to return! Got carry out and the personal there were very very accommodating. The white pizza was very very good. Wings crispy and sauced just right. We will next time enjoy dining inside. becausetthe shells
I've always gotten the Margherita pizza and it is done right every time. The last time I was there the manager put my takeout order ahead in the kitchen queue so I didn't have to wait an hour to get a takeout order which I thought was very nice. I don't expect them to do that every time but that's understandable and totally appreciated the gesture. I am also a huge fan of their chili flakes. Gotta get that to make the pizza nice and spicy :)
Omg the Barramundi Bass Piccata was amazing! Lots of fish and new (fingerlings) potatoes ? many artichoke hearts, capers & broiled lemon halves. Great big YUM ?
