Food was great - had a baked spaghetti that was amazing. Not my favorite sauce, but it was good and the portion is literally 3 meals. The beer was phenomenal. They didn't have one beer I wanted so the bartender recommended another that was great. When we moved.to a table, I wasn't sure what beet I had been drinking. They brought a different IPA and it was just as good if not better.Great atmosphere, not too loud. Guests had pizza which looked great as well. Will definitely be back.
We bought a vegan pizza it was undercooked, unbaked. It was not edible. As well as fries. I would not recommend this place. Honest opinion it was so bad. I don’t like to leave a bad reviews but I could not help it. At least it may help someone to make a choice. I took a pics. Pic number one you can see completely raw dough.
This is our family’s favorite place to eat! The kids always want to go to awful chain restaurants for dinner but this is the one non-chain they love! The menu is extensive so everyone can find something they like and the food is delicious. I particularly like their garlic dough for bread bowls, pods, or pizzas. Highly recommend!
Very cute little place. They have a "kids room" which was cool for dinner with the family. The waitress we had, I forget her name, was so personable and patient even with being busy. The dough the children get are my kids favorite. I hope they consider doing a "make your own" pizza, we would eat here at least once a week! Reccomend the calzone type pods, so good!
We had a very nice server. Also, I arrived late to my family party, and the hostess was nice enough to take a quick order from me and track down the waitress for our table and I got my order at the same time as everyone. Seems everyone wants to always order their famous "pods" but they just don't excite me... I recommend the flat pizzas. They're always good. 2 favorites are one with 5 meats (has a name I can't remember but easy to find from description) and Steak & Bacon. Obviously I'm a carnivore?.
We stopped in to get some desserts. We spent 30-something dollars on 4 desserts. We bought two bread puddings and two apple caramel tarts. They were so atrociously gross. I only took one bite of each dessert and threw the rest out. Total waste of money.
Pizza Plant is a place that I've been eating at for upwards of 40 years. Sadly... I moved out of town and haven't been able to enjoy my Texas Torch Pod as often as I used to. But now I am moving out of state and won't be returning. Of all the places in the Western NY... it was very difficult to choose what I wanted to eat for my last days here. I chose Pizza Plant and I was not let down. The food has maintained its quality and the restaurant has upkept the decor to give a feel that you can only get here. Thank you to all the members of this fine establishment that worked to make my last visit there more than I could have asked for. I'll miss you.
The pods (calzones) are very good. For me, the real bonus is thy have the wheat dough for pizza and pods. More pizza places should have a wheat dough option. My sons had white dough pizza and they really liked it. Delicious looking pizza to my eye.I wish they had a place in Kenmore, it would be in regular rotation.
Ordered takeout for 6. Meals included pods, pasta dinners, appetizers, etc. The food was awful. No one enjoyed any of it. Just very bland and uninspired. Threw most of it away. Maybe this is a place where you need to stick with plain pizza/wings and eat in? The ambiance looked 'fun' when we did the pickup. Lesson learned.
we love there food and we love the atmosphere.
