They waited until after we ordered our food and sat down to tell us they closed. They kicked us out and told us to eat outside. Once we sat down outside and opened our bag we saw they charged us for drinks but didn't give us any. When my sister tried to go back in and get our drinks the door was locked and the workers literally laughed at her :(
Always high quality food strawberry salad was great and the Thai Ginger soup was also good.
Staff was very friendly. Food was fresh. Sandwich was big. I wish the parent company would keep the menu items consistent. I feel like every time I like something, the next visit it is discontinued.
Too bad you don’t realize that you can blow out a candle with a mask… masks don’t work … stop perpetuating a lie. We won’t be back. Cause “covid” can get you when you stand but not when your sitting. Does anyone have common sense???
Love this Panera. Excellent food, big dining area, good wifi, and very friendly service. They always keep the coffee fresh and the tables clean.
Their hand sanitizer is empty. I went back couple months later and it was still empty and reminded them to refill it. Now, third time and there is still no sanitizer. Covid is rising but they do not seem to take cautions seriously. Customers keeps touching the coffee stuff without cleaning opportunity.
The managers and staff at this location are great.
I am a regular here. The frontega chicken sandwich and autumn squash soup are my absolute favorites! Highly recommended for daily meals (especially if you want to avoid fast food).
Really good experience. Sandwich was prepared well on a toasty fluffy baguette. Mac and cheese wasn't too hot or too cold. The tomato, cucumber, and basil salad was a little sour because of late season tomatoes. But overall a delicious lunch. Also, I overheard a team member answer a question. She was clear and succinct. Great staff, great food, five stars.
ordered flat bread meal, 2 flatbreads, 2 salads, 35 bucks, delivered. disgusting. flat bread stale, over cooked, and toppings were only on the VERY TINY middle of the bread. Never again panera. Salad was just romain, with croutons, dressing... other salad had onion peal still on the onion.. I'd rather go to an actual soup kitchen for poor folks than eat this trash again. AVOID
