Having to wait for the kiosk to be available just to order takes way too long. Most people are used to having a person at the register and do not have any idea how to use this technology.
took 20 min from time of ordering to get my food. ordered a couple mc doubles and a bigmack. workers were talking and laughing the whole time. the burgers came out with two top buns on one and two bottom buns on the other barly any condiments they were gross had i not been late for work at that point i would have gone back and got a refund. worst McDonalds ive ever been to.
The manager is the absolute worst. He needs to be fired. The restaurant is disappointing. Instead of teaching his employees how to work around the clock and what not he rather fire them. No wonder why this place is always disgusting. This is another reason why us teenagers don't want to work managers like him.
When I come in on my break across the street this one time, I waited almost 15 minutes for a simple triple cheeseburger with fries and coke. But nevertheless, the food in my bag was warm and was okay. I've seen some improvement when it comes to getting peoples orders out fast and correct.
This McDonalds is the worst in town. The staff is rude, the cashier at the window could not make change, he kept changing the amount that I owed. The girl at the window handing out my food was on playing on her phone. Not only is that a serious contamination issue, it’s extremely rude and frustrating to be ignored while the employee plays on their phone.Very Sad!
Box came with dried ketsup on it an nuggets were like old hard dry dog biscuts..not to mention i had to send old cold grease heavy fries back. Terrible. I think they could on people just not wanting to go back for refunds management did compensate me for this so. I will two stars for Resolution.
This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The 1/4 pounders had to be at least an hour old, likely longer. They had been around so long, they were dried out, almost as thin as the small burgers and lukewarm at best. The temperature was so not hot, the cheese didn't melt after the boxes were closed at least 5 minutes.Wondered why at 7pm I was the only person there and no one in the drive thru, now I know why, the locals know this place is terrible! These type of operations annoy me to no end. They supposedly have quality standards, yet they ignore them, constantly pushing out food way past prime, in hopes you are so far away, you can't do anything about it, all while they happily get rid of their old, ratty food items. Have no idea how they can afford the staff they had hanging around doing absolutely nothing, which was half the problem. I would avoid this location!
