NawI don't like ordering at the kiosk. Let me order with a human because there are just too many things! Also my kid's cheeseburger had no cheese...Bland fries and DO NOT EAT IN. it's nonstop beeping
Every time I try to give McDonald's another try, I am disappointed. High prices, smaller sandwiches, poorly prepared food. At times I have been forced to use the kiosk. The last time I was the only customer (including my preschool grandchild) in the restaurant, one woman on register and she told me I have to use kiosk. She literally left the register to watch me put my order in. At times it wouldn't work correctly....even for her.
Stopped literally just to get a large drink. Drive-through was taking forever so I went inside. No one even acknowledged me. I stood there for quite a long time. I get there’re busy but could’ve at least said one second will be with you all I needed was a large drank!! So after waiting in the drive-through and waiting in the lobby still didn’t get my drink…
Worst mcdonald’s ever. There is no costumers and wait for 40 minutes. The attitude is the worst. I order 2 burgers and a cup of coffee. After 40 mins they told me there is out of coffee and one of the burgers. So after waiting for 40 minutes, all I get is just one burger. And because I ordered online. They cannot even give me the refund of the coffee and that burger.
Make the drive to the McDonald's on Union. 100% kinder, get the orders correct, AND aren't petty.Most employees here don't want to work here and show it by their attitudes and not giving you what you order
This place needs negative stars.All the thumbs down. You are better off licking your floormats.It is by far the worst McD that I have been to in the last 10 years. It took 20 minutes to get food in the drive through. Not only did they get my order wrong, but the sandwiches I did get were cold and dry the bread was stale.I ordered 2 McDbls no pickle no American.I received 2 McDbls no pickle no onion.There was so little ketchup and mustard that it didn't even stick between the 'meat' and the bun.As I mentioned before the meat was cold enough for me to take the cheese off after it was between the two 'burgers' for the few minutes it took for me to drive down the road to the gas station.The wait staff lied to the people behind me in telling them they were closed even though it was still before midnight. And they had already been in line for 10 minutes themselves.
My wife and I went inside to get food. Noone was in a line, couple in the drive through. We stood at the counter for 3-5 minutes. Employee finally came over and told us to use the kiosk. So we did.Our order was bacon double. No bun or muster. Extra pickle. Large fry.Spicy chicken combo large fry and drink. Gave me my large cup to get my drink and the fountain was broke and not even on. Somehow none of the employees knew it was out of service.It took almost 20 minutes to get our food. Forgot one large fry. The fry we did get was cold.Personal opinion, I don't think any of the employees were on the same page. The manager was even telling them to hurry up.Overall, bad experience. And fast food employees want $15/hr?
All the workers were doing orders for the busy drive thru however there was a line of customers waiting to order inside. No one came up to take our orders. After waiting and realizing no one is going to come over I asked the manager if someone can wait on us. She did. However they all gave priority to the drive thru. Also waiting inside was a person from grub hub and she too was not getting waited on while the pick up order was already waiting.
Just at this McDonald's and the drive thru person started asking me what I wanted before I could get to the menu board then started to ask in a sarcastic manner. I'm trying to tell him I'm not to the menu yet so he decided to start complaining under his breath as if I couldn't hear him. They can't serve me anything I'm done with there overpriced low quality poor service.
Lol the kitchen person use phone when people are waiting for there food at the front. Also they provide the least care for delivery person.
