I’ve been here at least 6 times since they’ve opened and it’s been continuously worse each time. The consistency is always off with the burritos. Today’s order had almost no meat at all and was basically a burrito filled with nice and almost none of my other toppings. The carnitas had no flavor for either of our burritos. (Also can’t believe how gross this location is for not being open that long.) I really wish it was better because it’s so close for me, but unfortunately I can’t go back with this lack of quality. And before anyone brings up the worker shortage - it only takes one person to put time into making food the right way. I could understand that excuse if they were slow, but it’s just not good. I would go back if it were really good and just slow.. but it’s the opposite. Quality matters more than anything in my opinion.
A standout Chipotle!!! Every time I've gone here so far I've been impressed with the ingredient quality and overall taste. No sad burritos here.
My first experience here was so good, the second one not so much. The store was absolutely disgusting & the employees were MISERABLE. Almost my entire order was wrong because they weren’t paying attention.

Really well run, great location and a great crew! The chipotle we used to go to was disappointing almost every time. We’re so glad this one opened up. The crew is nice and we haven’t had one incorrect online order. Everything is great! Good job!
I just ordered from chipotle on Main St through Grubhub and my order was entirely wrong. I requested utensils and did not get them in my bag. I ordered a veggie bowl and mind you I’m lactose intolerant I open my bowl and it was covered with sour cream and cheese. It gets worse… I ordered mild salsa and it had hot salsa . I ordered lettuce and it had none. I usually love chipotle but today I wasn’t able to enjoy my bowl being lactose intolerant I was unable to eat any of it. Highly highly dissatisfied. Waste of money. I will never eat at this location again.
Most of the chipotle in Buffalo have gone down hill. I’m very happy to say that this specific location is excellent. I ordered a burrito and a bowl via the app for pick up. My order was all correct and the food tasted excellent, something I can rarely say with chipotle nowadays. I will only be going to this location when I’m in the area from now on.
Mikayla deserves whatever promotion or raise can bring her to the highest rank. Seriously, she made me feel so welcome and cared for. She remade my food to avoid any obvious cross contamination and did so without me even asking once she knew I had a dairy allergy. That is manager level behavior. I hope she gets some type of recognition and reward for her kindness. I hope to be back soon and see her again!
Stopped by the other day and was amazed by the portion sizes. This is how I remember chipotle being back in the day. It seems as if ever other location has gotten SO Stingy with portions recently ex. Niagara falls Blvd location... The amount of meat was incredible, toppings were fresh and amazing, the side dressing was made to perfection. Everyone was super friendly too!!! Kudos to this new location and the staff!! Thank you!
Wow wow wow … I might not EVER go to another chipotle. I normally can’t eat my bowl unless i have vinaigrette but baby this food so dang on good I wanna kiss the cook. Like this is amazing. Whatever y’all are doing please don’t ever change it . The food is seasoned to perfection and the restaurant is clean.
