They don’t take order in person although they have any customers. We were very hungry with a couple of other customers. I asked the server for the address so I can order on the app. He ignored my question and kicked us out of the store and told us to wait in the car and order from there. Then when we came outside they locked the door and opened it every time people came and knocked on the door.
the food is always great here and I almost always get my pickup orders early. However, every time I walk in here I feel like I'm bothering the staff. No eye contact, angry tone, and aggressively preparing my food. I understand that working in the food/customer service industry is mentally taxing, but the least these employees could do is not make it feel like I am causing them an inconvenience by simply coming in to get lunch even when its slow.
Chipotle is one of my favorite lunch spots. You're often out of salad dressing, but I keep coming back anyway. This location is in need of some guidance! The floor looks like it hasn't been swept, vacuumed or mopped in days. The tables haven't been wiped, the outside tables need to be scrubbed, and they have nothing to offer when asked for something to wipe the tables with. The beverage area is not clean, and the decanters are empty or close to it. No outside garbage can. This location has little to add to the Chipotle name.
As usual, I was angry at myself for ordering here. There was a sign in the window that said "We're out of rice today." After getting my food, I asked an employee about it who said, "you can go online to Chipotle.com to get a refund," The food was ice cold, whoever owns this franchise needs to be pulled. Numerous associates of mine have found similar situations with this particular branch. I guarantee they forgot to order the rice, not a supply chain problem. Go to the one on Main St! They are on point.
Food was ok. I think they need to train their staff to be nicer. The place was very dirty. I got there about 2:00 and every table had food on it from lunch. I cleaned off my own table. Kind of gross but the food was only so so. Luke warm at best. Probably won't go back. Not worth what they charge either.
This chipoltle location is a disgrace. I had an order on the app for 12:15 and I go to the restaurant and there is a sign on the door that says they don't open until 2:00. WHY DO YOU LET PEOPLE PLACE ORDERS WHEN YOU AREN'T OPEN? That was just today.... a previous time I was in there and an employee asked her manager how to spell salad.... when you tell them you received the wrong order they're rude and act all inconvenienced. I don't know where they hire these people from but they aren't bright. I've been to other locations in the area and they actually have brains and don't screw up the order. The manager bot replies to people saying "sorry for the bad experience" but nothing changes!!!!!
This place is an absolute joke! I order from this place often and I never had an issue until today. Talk about terrible customer service to start. My burrito bowl looked like straight soup when i opened it up. I called to complain about my issue and the young lady refused to compromise or even attempt to apologize. I explained to her that the chicken bowl and chicken burrito were so soggy and access liquid kept draining out. It looked like something wasn't properly drained while preparing the food ( my guess was the chicken). Ive never had problems with my orders here in the past. This was my go to location but I will no longer step foot in this place. She said it must have been possibly ordered something extra in it “possibly the sour cream” since she checked the chicken twice she said and it looked fine. She also said I would have to place an order again and pay for it instead if making a new one. There was no apology or any action taken to satisfy the customer in any way. I refused to order again and I wouldn't recommend this location. They don't take any responsibility when an order isn't made the way its supposed to be. Its unfortunate because they will lose more customers in the future.
I use to love Chipotle, sadly not so much. The staff looked like they were aggravated to be there less alone serve people, there was about 7 staff members with long hair past their waist just kind of swinging around, and they all were wearing sweatpants like they just rolled out of bed. There was food burning on the grill, 2 staff members were fighting about Queso dip not being in the well and the bathrooms were extremely dirty with no TP. Lol I’m sorry but this was just sad.
Service- terrible. Yelling and rude staff. They don't care about what they're doing whatsoever.Your restaurant is disgusting, I'd love for a heath dept official to come in for a visit, and with the previous reviews it looks like it's well overdue. Never will return to any chipotle locations, terrible service all around. Definitely recommend going to Moe's or salsaritas. Be careful eating here.
I is not the first time I have had a horrible experience at this chipotle but definitely my last time ordering from this location. I ordered on the chipotle app and was charged for my order and received a confirmation from DoorDash but when my Dasher went to get it Chipotle hadn’t confirmed the order. I called Chipotle twice and received no answer. Beyond frustrating. The other bad experience I had was the staff being rude to a customer in front of me. This location is by far the most inconsistent one I have ever been too with their strange hours, spotty service, and at times rude employees.
