Charlie the Butcher's is a great place with a comfortable atmosphere and mouthwatering menu! Our favorite is half beef, half turkey on weck and it never disappoints! They have seemingly endless dessert options if you have a sweet tooth as well! The history behind the business is really impressive, which you can read about while you wait for your order!
The best roast beef sandwiches by far. Potato salad and hot dogs were great. Amazing flavorful shakes.
Conveniently located as soon as you exit the airport, by far one of the best deli’s I’ve experienced. Must go if your in the area.
The line moves fast and is efficient. Service is friendly. There are only a few tables available for sitting though turnover was pretty quick. Still, you may want to go when it’s nice out and sit at the tables outside. Place is known for its beef on weck and didn’t disappoint. Also the inside smells like freshly baked pie, probably because they’re also selling fresh pies.
I don't know what to say besides they have the best roast beef. Used to be vizzys. Charlie's takes the crown in a competitive Buffalo market. They have EXCELLENT FOOD

Love this place as everything is homemade I go here often. The sliced cucumbers rock and the ribs are usually good too and the steak is great! I get their take out meals often as they are great portions and a great price point. Sometimes they forget things and when we have told tell them they just say sorry but never offer to adjust or seem to concerned as they just are so busy it happens.
I have loved Charlie’s in the ESB for years. The food is outstanding. However, I have chosen not to give them my business since noting one of the workers refuses to wear a mask. I don’t understand how this is tolerated given that there is still a mask mandate in the county. Very disappointed. The staff has always provided excellent food and service but I can’t support a business that has no regard for its customers and the community they serve. Sorry Charlie ????
