Best Chinese food in White Plains. I love the steamed dumplings, pork fried rice, egg roll, won ton soup... Half fried chicken with fries always nice...
CASH ONLY business (there's a Chase down the street). The actual food was very bland and took a while to make even when ordering for pickup (ordered chicken & broccoli). The egg roll was good and staff was friendly.
