They sell items that are near expiration. The food is less than ok.
I only get a half hour for lunch so I ordered a ham and yellow American cheese on a roll with letters and tomatoes with mayo. When I got back to work I realized that I was given the wrong sandwich. I called Tommy's and it was such a bad experience. My lunch was at 12:10 and they didn't do anything to help. So I had to wait til 310 pm to get lunch. I was so so hungry. I like their food but thier customer service needs work. They just lost a customer. I will never buy anything in there because if they mess up they don't do anything for you to fix it. The new sandwich they gave me was missing the mayo. Never again. I've been going there for the past five years and now I am done. Oh and the nasty Asian lady that I had to deal with all the time. I will not miss them. I am tired of give ng my money for losey service and my food is almost always wrong. Bye

The cashier who was an Asian decent (I didn’t get her name) at the front is rude, disrespectful not only to a paying customer but also to other coworkers. She started yelling and screaming at me when I asked to speak to management. I was treated so poorly, she spoke rudely to all other coworkers and yelled at them. Treating them as if they were below her. It’s sad because the establishment is lacking a smart boss and respect for their employees. HE DOESNT GIVE HIS WORKERS ANY BREAKS NOT EVEN 30 mins working full shift . Abuse of labor and should be reported to the labor union. But the person they have running cashier lacks manners in customer service and is very disrespectful. I even started to cry . It’s sad that such a great establishment will loose customers and employees because of the way the front cashier treats people. No one should be treated the way I was treated today. Just picked up a house salad. Got to work and opened it up. No dressing on the salad even though it’s supposed to come with balsamic vinaigrette. Stirred it around and little and noticed the salad smells a bit funky. The lettuce is not at all fresh and I can hardly find the grilled chicken (which I paid dearly for!). Now I’m back at work and have no lunch and can’t make time to go out again. Def not ordering salad from here again!
