Food was extremely salty! Girl taking the order is very rude! Got my whole breakfast order wrong, and insisted its what I ordered! Which was not! Not going there anymore!
I really hope you're reading this, Tommy! We have been regular customers here for many years and order from you every weekend, as well as during the week.Today around 1:45pm, I waited in line an exceptionally long time for my pick-up, which allowed me watch what was going on behind the counter. I was disgusted to see a women — Spanish descent, long hair, wearing a hot pink shirt – picking at food and eating it WHILE preparing food. She reached in the front display and ate a crouton, then popped a fry in her mouth ... all while wearing her rubber gloves that she DID NOT change before going back to preparing food (still chewing, while frying bacon).As I paid my bill, I told the Asian woman at the register (who was flustered, as usual) that the woman shouldn't be eating while preparing food. She said to her "did you hear that?" Then turned back to me and said "she didn't eat anything." I said, "I LITERALLY just watched her eat a crouton and a french fry. It's unsanitary, actually, it's disgusting."All I received was an "Oh." No apology. Honestly, if you are hungry, you're hungry, but change your gloves and don't call me a liar when I was looking directly at you the entire time.
Customer service was awesome, the people there are very friendly. Food was good. A plus for me is that They cater to people who are non meat eaters as well. A bit pricey but worth it because there sandwiches are filling
When I went it was lunch time. Got a steak sandwich and it was very good. I will go back again and test out a few other things. The service was fine. There were a couple other folks in there at the time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Excellent first time ordering. Sandwich fat onion rings and ff were hot. And desserts on the money carot cake and cannolis. Can't wait to order again

The customer service from the lady at the front counter is horrible. She becomes flustered quickly and cannot handle the crowd. They need to hire someone else to interact with the customers.
Should really think about getting new staff. First time there, the food is not bad, but customer service seems to be lacking. Ordered a tuna melt, asked the woman, who took my order, for a tomato and mozzarella cheese on it, nothing else. Guy who goes to make my sandwich, starts putting 4 slices of cheese, I said from behind, "can you put a only 2 slices, no response", I repeat myself. He turns around , "anything else?" , I said, " I only want 2 slices", he responds, " I know, is there anything else you need", slightly confused, I said "no".I'm not sure how asking not to overload my sandwich with unnecessary ingredients is too much to ask, but it seems to be a problem for this cook.
Some things great — but they don’t know what a patty melt is?!?!! They called it a cheeseburger then left off the cheese. Fry cook unable to take a special order.
Do not go during Lunch Rush hour. I completely understand the hectic time frame however, I've visited during normal quiet times and I'm not a fan of the service.I've had my card thrown along with my sandwiches. Gave it one last tryThe food itself is good.
