Usually they are good. When it is just the guy taking the orders. Takes too long. You'll miss your train. Make sure you ask for a receipt. Drinks are good.
Management: PLEASE start serving decaf espresso based drinks and/or decaf iced coffee. It makes no sense to have (potential) customers wait in line for how long (service is slow, probably due to staffing issues) just to find out they can’t have a basic coffeehouse staple… and it puts your already-busy employees in an awkward position.
This location did not have fresh donuts. They were stale and dry. Unfortunate because I love Tom Horton’s donuts
This place is horrible 2 of the most laziest workers I’ve ever seen in my life they look like zombies I was picking up a grubhub order from this place that came in at 7:30 I was ten miles away when I accepted. They text me at 7:35 to tell me that it would take 25 min. I said fine got there at 8:00 for them to tell me it would be another 10 min went back in and they guy say almost ready he was just pulling out the bagels out of the toaster at 8:11 and I’m waiting in my car they just text me to say the order was ready at 8:19 just for 4 bagels with creams cheese and apple juice.
I went early in the morning and the donuts were not fresh. Every donut in the box was stale, very disappointing.
The food is nice but honestly most of the workers are so rude and don’t understand your order. They mess up my order every time!! Also the milkshakes are so bad and oh I didn’t even get whip cream on top of it ??
I ordered a small hot chocolate and paid the extra $.75 for some whipped cream. The guy who took my order gave me such a small dollop that it was saddening. I asked for more then he proceeded to open it, show me the pathetic amount of cream that barely touched the lid of the cup and could full a spoon and say "It's full". It's every morning. I only gave 2 stars because he works in the morning. When I arrive in the evenings there is a young woman who rightfully gives me what I pay for the whipped cream.
They kept saying they didn’t get my mobile order when I was literally showing my receipt. It was a young looking girl with her mask sitting comfortably on her chin not even covering her mouth. She caught an attitude because I showed her my receipt. How does a receipt make you mad I don’t know. They DID have my order but either gave it to the wrong person or forgot to bag it. 1 star for that girl’s nasty attitude. It was literally a muffin I don’t know why she was acting like I was trying to rob the store.
Every morning they open late, I stand in front of the store at 6AM and the guy ignores me and keeps on walking back and forth. Super inconvenient in a train station full of people who can’t be missing there train.
This establishment carelessly ignores customer requests and they take their own liberties with the food customers order even when it comes to dietary and allergic items. They simply don't care they're in the food service business and doimg whatever you want with someone elses food is unacceptable.
