Disappointing experience. The gyro meat was quite cold and the flavors were not as good as I have come to expect from halal guys. There are better places for cheaper nearby.
Tired this place out for the first time and it was pretty good. They had a decent selection and their prices are somewhat reasonable too.
I’m gonna start off by saying the food was good however the one star is for being charged for a bottled soda when I purchased a fountain drink with my food and also the person didn’t have the best customer service.It’s not about the money it’s the fact that this man over charged me and then had the audacity to ask me to do a review. I love halal guys but can definitely say I will never return here.
I placed an order for pick up at the White Plains Galleria location for a 6:15 PM pick up. The website says they are open until 6:30. I got to the location at 6:10 PM only to find that their doors were locked. I then called up the Halal Guys stating that I cannot get my meal that I paid for and the guy who answered, said they are closed and hung up on me. I then tried calling a couple of more times and the guy was just not answering. Not exactly the service I was expecting from a place that usually provides good service. The website really needs to update their open and close times to reflect what they actually are. Such a disappointment!
It was amazing,great food with friendly staff my chicken and beef plater was delicious and the hummus was the best.I love itDefinitely will be back
My daughter really likes this spot. I decided to give it another try recently and was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and the customer service was excellent. Thee was a young man working named Lenya (spelling?) who really represented the brand well. If there isn’t room for growth in the company, hope he is dreaming big, he left a positive impression. Kudos.
So annoyed with this place. I have eaten In the one in Queens.. so good so we ordered from this spot thinking must be the same. my family and I ordered from this place the delivery was an hour late and they didn’t add any of the sauces we asked for
Beef tasted freezer burned and chicken was dried out. Seemed like it was sitting a while.
