The Cheesecake Factory is an absolute amazing restaurant that offers first class service and a superbly diverse menu option.In May of 2022, I brought and treated myself and my wife for dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, specifically the branch located in White Plains, New York.We were kindly welcomed by the restaurant’s staff and didn’t have to wait long to get escorted to a table despite the numerous patrons attending the restaurant.One of the things that my wife and I love about the Cheesecake Factory is its immaculate interior design.It’s interior settings comes with a mesmerizing eclectic sensibility, because it features Egyptian columns, Victorian bed board wood paneling, and French Limestone floors, which results in the restaurant’s opulent atmosphere.While the design is certainly impressive, the highlight of our time at the Cheesecake Factory restaurant was our amazing meal. From appetizer to entree, everything was superbly tasty and delicious. My wife and I found our avocado roll appetizer to be highly scrumptious, I loved my cheeseburger entree meal, and my very much enjoyed her Louisiana chicken pasta entree.Our waiter, Robert R. was very professional, courteous and did a great job on taking notes on our respective orders and addressing our inquiries.All in all, both my wife and I loved our dining experience at the Cheesecake Factory and recommend for everyone to visit this outstanding restaurant!!!

Ronnie is one of the best servers I’ve had in a very long time. Very attentive and wonderful server. Being a vegan is pretty hard but he accommodated me for everything. Wonderful experience! I’ve been coming here probably since it opened. And celebrated most birthdays and everything here. The best server! Loved it. Thank you for the perfect food and experience. ❤️?? I’ll be asking for him whenever I come. Thank you Cheesecake. Please add a vegan cheesecake ?
My friend took to me to T.C.F. for dinner. The bartender was professional and made me a delicious coconut mojito. When our seats were ready; we had a polite, attentive waiter name Jarrett. He was so sweet and kind. The food was delicious too. Thank you JARRETT .

We froze! We were seated quickly by the window with a booth that had a drop off to the floor. Nice waitress but unsure what was going on in the kitchen. The dinner I ordered was not the way it is described. Everything came at once apps and main meal then they ran away with the dinners I gather to put under heat lights. Again the waitress was the best part of the dinner
Went around 4ish on a Saturday and sat right away. Service was good. For apps we ordered the egg roll platter (Very Good) and Buffalo wings ; came out cold, Sent back and came out cold again (very disappointed) the wife enjoyed her mushroom burger wrapped in lettuce. Daughter had some sorta books ur own chicken wraps, which she enjoyed. My son had corn dogs (two thumbs up he says) and I had the orange chicken which was good.
Arrived 8pm and waited about 30 minutes to sit. Extremely busy, waiter was over whelmed with tables. Placed our order but forgot the appetizer. Had to flag him down for refills and the check. Waiter was nice but not his fault it was busy.
I love Cheesecake Factory! I hate that I have to wait over 1 hour and a half sometimes when walking in. I can barley find reservations online and it’s pretty frustrating! I know it’s probably covid shortages but I still wait because this is my fave place!Treat the staff nice they are under allot of stress!
One of many locations I have visited over the years, this one is no different. Food and service is dependable. Wait staff very friendly and accommodating. Food met expectations. Desserts fabulous, as always.
