I order a take out on my way to work. But it’s was the worst $23 I ever spent like the ribs was extremely hard like I couldn’t eat it. Like who prepare these stuff give someone. Just horrible literally

The worst service ever . Have been in this restaurant for two hrs and half .orders took forever food wasnt great waiter Jack want attentive.

Definitely a lacking experience! We drove 50 mins from howard beach New York and we're starving, Fridays sounded like a good choice.. unfortunately the experience was definitely not what we hoped for.. we got the sampler and the ribs had no meat on it, and the chicken was so hard to bite into.. that's besides how long it took for us to be greeted and even get an order of drinks in.. then we got our food and my brother and I ordered the same dish but mine came out bland and dry and my brothers came out soaked in sauce and not much else but sauce going on.. my sister's shrimp was very over cooked and over all was quite disappointed and wish we had gone elsewhere.. was definitely a bummer..

I used to come here all the time in college.. but they have really gotten worse since then. I ordered an espresso martini right when we sat down, and got it half way through my meal.. (and no, the meal didn’t come fast). The martini was great! Missing the espresso beans, though. The food… was so bad. Like, awful. I didn’t want to complain to them, because I understand it may have been a one time thing, but there were no customers in the restaurant or at the bar- so I’m not sure why everything was slow and off. Maybe I went on an off night for the place.. but I won’t be returning any time soon!

It's Friday's nothing special. Picked up food for in laws. The sign for Friday's was hard to see I drove around twice before seeing it was in the cut. I guess if I lived in the area and more familiar it would have been easier to find. If I had not placed the pick up order online. I would have gotten food from some place else.

I've been to this place few times before and tonight will be my last time in that place. I didn't expect the food quality went 0 out of 10 in that place. It used to be good but now its worse than food court food. It's not worth to spend $100 when they serve you cold food and kinda microwavable food like.. it took them 40 minutes to bring the rest of the food after seving the first order... I would rather order burgers and French fries from shake shack, Burger King or Five Guys. The whole time we were waiting i was being patient and at the same time also observing the servers and the staff. One guy was between the kitchen and the serving area who looks like a delivery guy because of his shirt that says something like "To Go/delivery" who has a messy pony tail tied behind his head. He has gloves on and the next thing you know he was bringing food to our table. same guy- went to get broom and dust pan to sweep the floor area and started sorting some stuff in one of the empty booths near kitchen with the same gloves and kept working on other things around. THAT WAS DISGUSTING!!! There was no apology of the wait or the sloppy service after our food was brought out.. I felt disgusted with the look of my plate - it looked like few people touched it with food/sauce on their fingers and placed the plate out to get served. Obviously the staff DON'T CARE and DON'T LOOK before bringing any plates out.One lady who looked like a manager or supervisor just asked us if there is any problem.. that was a wrong approach, she should have asked if every thing wa soj rather than if there is a problem.. obviously not a lot of work ethics in that place.. i will discourage my friends and family to go there ever again.TGI corporate should look into hiring and training better MANAGERS/SUPERVISORS people more and check quality control. That place SUCKS!!!

Disappointing experience with quality of service. I ordered a side of broccoli with my dish. I got French fries instead. When I reported it to the wait staff I had to wait for it. When it arrived it came uncooked. Completely hard, uncooked. I reported it again and had to wait again. By the time I got the broccoli I was done with my meal.. We also ordered boneless chicken wings they came out over cooked dry and barely sauced. Someone in my group ordered chicken and instead of juicy tender chicken in whiskey sauce she received again dry over cooked meat. The kitchen staff needs to get its act together and the wait staff needs to pay attention to what their serving to customers. If you go here to eat be prepared for a frustrating unsatisfying eating experience.
