I went to pick up my mobile order, a few minutes after it was supposed to already be ready. They scolded me that I was supposed “pick up at the window outside” which I didn’t even know about. I went to the sign inside that said “mobile order pickup” and don’t come here often and did not know the protocol had changed. After that, they gave me half of my order. When I told them I was missing half, the “barista” said hang on, proceeded to help several customers and ignored me. I then had to ask for my order AGAIN and it was made incorrectly. Never coming back here. Get your coffee somewhere else.

Some of the baristas are really nice and others are ok. There’s no point in doing mobile orders as they don’t have them ready and I’ll be waiting an extra 5-10 minutes when I can get it faster ordering at the register. There’s either too much staff or too little at any given time. The drinks are fine. Tried the pistachio latte but that one was too bitter for some reason.Main recommendation is to not do mobile orders.
I enjoyed my $106 cup of coffee. This has to be the worst Starbucks. Every time I place a mobile order it is late and today it cost me a ticket. I knew I was taking a chance but I hoped that maybe for once the people who work at this location would be efficient. Not even close. Last time I go here.
This Starbucks is really good never had any issues it’s like my second home I’m there just about every day after my bike rides and the staff is really cool from my experience
Nastyy disgustiing place. Evil mean people. She rudely said I couldnt waitt for my boyfriend at the cafe for coffee and told me I had to leave!!!

i’m sorry I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks I also do Uber eats and I have a delivery to pick up at the Starbucks this morning and the young lady at the side window was so disrespectful like I couldn’t believe my eyes. for one my order was ready it was sitting there it wasn’t even bagged up I had to wait at least a good five minutes for her to Bag my order which was ready as I was waiting for my both orders she bagged up both orders didn’t even bother to tell me which one is which she also handed me my orders that contain hot coffee so aggressively for no reason I don’t know if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed but this is so unacceptable we all have a job to do!!! today date is 10/3/2021 at around 9:15am
The staff had always been friendly. The customers not always so much. Thank you for showing up and serving us. I for one am grateful! See you when we come back!!
Professional and friendly staff. Clean store, smack in the middle of downtown White Plains. Look out for the occasional surprise gifts for loyal customers..
