We waited for 20min. to get what we'd ordered. It doesn't normally happen in other Shake Shacks and I wondered if everything was okay. I had 'shroom burger, which was good, but my coworkers didn't like their beef burgers, saying they were too spicy.
I could not wait to eat Here....but I left extremely disappointed, the burger wasn't seasoned at all, nothing special there, all it did was make me appreciate 5guys or smashburger more, they serve way better burgers in my opinion.
Location is nice, and i have order Uber eats a few times a few times. They always forget the sauce but still a nice guilty pleasure
The QUALITY is so low. Greasy and over use of OLD OIL, Over fried just terrible low quality location, avoid and go to anything else at westchester mall
As a worker of the Mall I know how nasty customers are in the mall and all the reviews saying that the customer service was bad you should first look how you as customers treat servers, I don't work for the food places but between workers we shared experiences and you guys are disgusting ( customers )They work so hard and are very sweet if you treat them like humans and not garbage, if it's slow might be because they are always veeery busy!!!!!
Very good quality burgers than the other burgers that I tried but the shake shack burgers were quite expensive when I ordered a double smoke shake burger. However, the burger was very good along with the cheese fries and they do a good job making the food.
This Establishment is Highly inappropriate and have no sense of the word customer service,It's FAST FOOD,Why Did My Food Take 49 mins To Get To Me and It WAS WRONG!!Than To Make Matters Worse Two Employees By The Name of "Kelsey" and "Chanel" were Yelling at Employees While The Shop Was FILLED WITH CUSTOMERS!! 0/10 NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN AND NOONE ELSE SHOULD EITHER
Still have young people supervising, slow service. I can just imagine what goes on in the back some of them try there best the other well use your imagination.
Malted black and white shake is great. But the fries are better at the Melt. Pro tip mix and match.
Where do we start, slow service, need a lesson in customer service, staff cleaning and using the same gloved hand to serve people food.. order was over 60.00 and I was told we only get 3 ketchups per order when I asked for me. I was completely shocked by this response. When I said we used those I was told they are only allowed to give 3 because they don't have allt. That's pretty funny because the cart they put the drinks on has at least 6 boxes of packets on it.
