Worst place to go when you are craving wings...Never have i had to wait so long this is crazy waited for more than 40 min for chicken wings had to leave because they were never ready ... about 3 people ahead of me left too like come on where is the manager my husband worked there couple of years ago and wanted to go and make them himself like where is the owner you have to do something !!! Plus the cashiers are so rude if i could i would give it a zero stars
Great customer service, I have never spent 18 dlls in a meal which I didn’t enjoy. their wings are so nasty and so small! I wish I had taken a picture. You are better off going to BWW and have good wings.
Is it Carmen I think but the lady at the counter is good at her job she remembers you and what u order I go every Tuesday and they never disappoint me I even have to get my coworker some wings cuz we hate Buffalo wild wings best place for wings and the lady cook is great love to see women doing there thing
Very Disappointed with the quality of my food. I ordered the Chipotle Cheesesteak. The bread was hard and appeared to be stale. The entire meal did not taste fresh. The Price...outrageous given the quality.
Placed a order at 5:53pm on Monday and now it was 6:40pm no show of the 15 wings I ordered. Husband call the restaurant and young lady said the food is on its way. Waited until 7:00pm called again she acted like we was bothering her. She gave a little smirk laugh like it was funny our food didn't come as of yet. I called again a few minutes later to see what's going on. She said the food was delivered and signed. I ask her by whom and she said I don't know. I left my house and went to the restaurant. And ask for a refund. Again the same chick at the restaurant wasn't pleasant. Very nasty attitude, and no concern for customers. Planet Wings you just lost a customer.

If you’re looking for a Buffalo chicken sandwich don’t look here, it is Absolutley HORRIBLE, they gave me bread that was from maybe a week ago, the chicken was 1/2 the size of the bread, they put vinegar on the salad before putting it on my lettuce,fries were the only decent thing I got. It was my first time here and last!!
I had the worst hamburger of my life tonight. It was like swallowing sawdust, thin patty, burnt bacon, nothing like the burgers used to be. The used to be much thicker and definitely juicier. The burger tonight was inedible. The prices didn’t just increase they increased a lot. Also our last order was canceled when made at 9:25, web site said they closed at 10:00. Well they shut off their grill at 9:30! I don’t call that closing at 10:00. Made a wasted trip down there. Has gone way downhill, we used to order there all the time, well no more.
I called the store right after placing my order online and the lady on the phone said she already packed it and it was good to go.... it wasn't even two minutes after submitting it.... didn't receive the sauces that I was charged for. Ive never seen wings sooo small!...were overcooked and dry. Ordered 15 wings and only got 13, says it comes with celery stick(s)... only received one tiny stick. Order came to 24 dollars... complete waste of time and money
